"Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect, and that’s entirely thanks to the exceptional care we received from the Guest Relation Manager. From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She’s incredibly professional, warm, and attentive to every single detail. She gave us local recommendations, made sure we got the exact same room when we checked back in after a short trip, and we loved her thoughtful morning weather updates, which helped us perfectly plan our excursion up to Fansipan. What completely blew our minds, however, was her dedication to return an item lost behind. She personally took charge of the situation and ensured that the item was safely reunited with me on the very same day, 200 miles away! Her exceptional service turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return if ever in Sapa again."

"Good basic hotel. A little bit run down. But not that it affected the stay. Only two body towels in the bathroom, no small ones for the hands. Small but enough breakfast. Close to everything. Only downside is barking dogs and roster starting in 4 am with its sound."
