“We stayed 8 nights at Blu Hotel, experiencing both excellent and disappointing service. While Blu aspires to be the premier hotel in Tabaco City, some aspects fell short of expectations. I requested a quiet room but was assigned Room 203, located under the kitchen and next to the staircase, which was far from peaceful due to constant noise. “The hotel is situated in the town. I have a friend with coming feom the US. The hotel itself is nice and clean also closer to the places to visit but walking around the area is not pleasant at all. It was a great stay over all. The hotel staff are great and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a plus which was awesome! Keep up the good work Marison Hotel.”

“First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.”
