“We stayed at the property for approximately a week. We were never at a loss for something to do - kayaking, hiking, sight-seeing, shopping, family outings or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The property is in excellent condition and thoughtfully appointed with everything we could’ve needed. The location is excellent and suited our itinerary very well.”

“I wanted to visit the mountains but not be in a subdivision in the mountains around a bunch of other houses and people. The location of this cabin is perfect. It is not too far off the main road but far enough away so you feel secluded. It is close to Grandby, Winter Park, Frasier and Grand Lake so there are lot of things to do, see, or visit. The outdoor living is amazing, especially with the view. Having chairs, an eating table, a couch, grill and a fire pit makes the deck a great multi-use...

“Nice property in a great neighborhood with a fun lake for dog and grandkid walks. Close to Winter Park, lakes and national parks. Also close to Y Snow Mountain Ranch where reasonably priced day passes provide tons of things for kids to do. Be sure to go to the ski area on Friday and Saturday evenings for free Gondola rides to the peak for snacks and happy hour. ”

“ We wanted to see a moose and did we ever!!! Our afternoon Walk along the water about 30 feet from us a huge moose enjoying some tree leaves we stayed away on our walk home. “We booked two cabins for our small family meetup for four nights. The property is great.. rustic. We sat by the river for hours, played cornhole, took long walks on the peaceful road, and my pre-teen loved climbing the rocks. It was easy to make it into Estate Park and RMNP. We didn't have any cell service (Verizon), but their wifi was strong all over the property. The Hosts are super friendly and while they are attentive, we hardly knew they were there. We will be back to make more memories!”

“Our stay was amazing! Just a beautiful view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 8. Loved the outside deck. The only thing we wished and there was a blind or shade for the upstairs kids bedroom highest window. Would definitely recommend!”
