âThis was a lovely apartment but I couldnât give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there.
Our apartment didnât have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal.
Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on!

"Starting our stay with no water in our room, staff told us it has been a problem all summer, no water above level 5. Later that night no air conditioning, were we offered any compensation?
After making a fuss we could get another room next night at level 5, with water and AC!
