“Hatte ein Appartment für 6 Nächte im Secret Garden Guesthouse gebucht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Lage zum Strand, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der wunderbaren Aussicht zum Tafelberg. Das Appartment war ausreichend groß mit separaten Schlafzimmer und einer Terasse sowie einem herrlichen Blick auf den wunderschönen angelegten Garten und den Pool. “Very good hospitality. A kitchen everyone could use, which was separate to the rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the getaway and the toddler enjoyed herself as well. Roger, who is one of the staff, was very helpful and also great with assisting in anything we needed with a speedy service. The guesthouse is also in walking distance to the beach and to the shops. Which is very convenient. Will definitely use their accommodation again. ”

“Bad experience at check-in. Then problems with the room, tv WiFi not working. Asked for another room. I was told that there are no other rooms available. After telling her that we will find another place to stay there was suddenly a room available….we stayed here January 2020. It was lovely! The view is still beautiful! Quality has gone down very much! Won’t stay here again!”

“Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...

“Great place to stay in Blouberg. Clean and well run, lovely hosts and very good value overall. The breakfast is varied and above what one would expect for the price. Good wifi and parking facilities. For kitesurfers it is walking distance to Kite Beach which means no need to worry about car keys.”

“Ve aware that this hotel has no reception. if there is anything to adress on your stay there's none to ask. we dis have a faulty ac in one room and leaking water from the bathroom next floor in another but could not tell anyone. it needs attention. ”
