“The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. ”

“It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. “The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was...

“The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly. If we were to stay again the 4th floor would be a best choice and because Vila...

“Very nice hotel. They are doing some remodeling but our room was perfect. Outside of building is older but inside very modern. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast but be prepared to walk outside to get to the room for breakfast. Excellent location to drive to attractions. Walking distance to a great meal and live entertainment. Good price and food. Retro style. The name is with something behave in it.”

“It was in a great location for what we wanted to do. Rooms are dated, however, the price was good. We've been to Branson many times, and every time we've been, there are more things that went out of business. ”
