Our cozy apartment is located in a small condominium and is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of Valsassina, just a few minutes from Lake Como. With a large living room, two bedrooms, a private garden and a well-equipped kitchen, the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The garden, perfect for children or for outdoor lunches with barbecue, is a corner reserved exclusively for guests. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment consists of a spacious room that opens onto the well-equipped kitchen on the right, the front terrace and the sleeping area on the left. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The bathroom is located next to the rooms. From the rooms there is access to the large and flat private garden, ideal for relaxing in the open air. The apartment is equipped with internet connection and everything you need to cook and live comfortably. Guests can relax in the living room with sofa and large dining table, or enjoy the outdoor dining area in the garden. An extra bed is available upon request.
Taceno is a picturesque town in Valsassina, surrounded by mountains and surrounded by greenery. It is located just 15 minutes from Bellano, a charming village on Lake Como, and is easily accessible from Lecco in about 30 minutes. The road that connects Taceno to Bellano is panoramic but narrow, so if you are not an expert at driving on mountain roads, it is advisable to proceed with caution. Taceno is the ideal starting point for excursions and nature walks. The town center offers a small grocery store, some bars and restaurants, while a few minutes by car you can reach other towns with supermarkets and additional services. During their stay, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the village, with easy access to the mountains and natural beauty of Valsassina.
Taceno is easily accessible by car from both Bellano (15 minutes) and Lecco (30 minutes). Although there are buses available that connect Taceno to Bellano and Lecco, schedules are limited. For a more comfortable experience and to better explore the area, we recommend using a car.

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
