  • Welcome to Your Perfect Lake Getaway! The community only allows weekly rentals. We do price in the off season accordingly to help offset the time with a cost break. We hope you can stay.



    ABOUT THE SPACE

    Our fully remodeled home offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and style for your next family vacation. With 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a cozy den, and a private bedroom on the main floor, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of 3 full bathrooms—a private master ensuite, a shared bath upstairs, and a full bath on the main floor.



    THE COMMUNITY - SPINNLER POINT

    Enjoy full access to Lake Wallenpaupack through the private Spinnler Point community. You'll find:

    4 private lakefront areas with picnic lawns, docks, and swimming spots

    2 boat launches and a nearby marina for rentals

    A boat slip just a 10-minute walk (0.3 miles / 1500 ft) from the home



    Boat Restrictions:

    Max size: 23 ft (pontoons/sailboats up to 26 ft)

    Registration info for both boat and trailer is required before arrival

    Rented boats must comply with size limits



    GUEST ACCESS

    Contactless check-in via lockbox

    Full access to the house (except a portion of the basement)

    You'll receive a Digital Welcome Guide upon submission of required forms



    BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

    75% of your group must be 30+ years old (children with parents excluded)

    Remaining guests must be 25+

    A short-term rental agreement is required after booking (per community rules)

    This home is family-focused and not suitable for parties.



    PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    This home is managed by a local real estate agent to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. A Rental Agreement and Reservation Form must be signed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.

Another great year!

We have been staying here for the past few years and every year is a great stay. Spacious, great location and love having a boat slip to keep our boat in. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Great week on Spinnler Point!

We had a fantastic week on Spinnler Point. The house was clean and spacious, and Cindy was friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was perfect for walks, and we made great use of the provided boat slip. We are excited to go back!

Another great stay!

This is our second year in a row renting this house. We love the layout and the community is amazing. The house has everything you would need and is beautifully updated and clean. We love having the boat slip apart of this rental so we can easily go out for a ride whenever we want. Looking forward to renting again and would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful Home in Spinnler Point

We stayed at this home for one week on a family vacation for the 2nd year in a row. It was a very nice, large house, within a short walking distance down to the lake. The house had everything we needed, a laundry room, large covered porch, large deck and gas grill. The beds were super comfortable and Cindy was a great help and very easy to reach if needed. The house was very clean upon arrival. It is a great choice if you are staying in the Lake region for vacation.

Perfect Home Away From Home for the Week

This Spinnler Point house was perfect for our family. We had friends and 4 generations of family with us throughout the week. The community is very nice, safe and full of friendly people. The home is so large; the rooms are even larger than the pictures look. It has all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer (even a drying rack) in the basement. The beds were very comfortable. The large back deck was full of nice furniture, a propane fire pit, large gas grill & table and chairs for dining. We spent most evenings relaxing there. The deer would walk right up to the deck day and night and the family loved watching them. The covered front porch was great to also sit and relax and watch wildlife and a great place to leave our tubes and folding chairs There was plenty of parking for cars in the driveway and a great place out back to back in the trailer and truck that our friends brought. We used the boat slip provided for 3 days. This was a very nice perk to the house. The walk down to the lake took about 7 minutes at a moderate walking speed. The walk back was up a small hill, so we would run a "shuttle" down to pick up anybody that didn't want to walk, along with all our chairs, tubes, coolers, etc. The areaway we hung out at had picnic tables, benches and a lawn to relax. The swing set was a nice touch for any families with little ones. Wonderful vacation home. We already booked for a week for next summer.

A great winter getaway!

We had a great time staying at the lake house! COVID has made everything difficult, but the owners and the property manager were so flexible, responsive, and helpful with our last minute change of plans. The house is beautiful and so clean, with all the comforts of home. The walk down to the lake was cold but beautiful! My family had a great time, we would love to stay again!

Bring Your Towels, Verify the Boat Slip tie downs and Make sure you received a link to information

I flew out from Oklahoma 4 days before our scheduled arrival. Spoke with Cindy the Day we was checking in and she mentioned the link to the Guide Book. When I said I did not receive it she indicated that I should check my Spam. We arrived and found soiled laundry in the dryer, no problem we washed it. When looking for towels we was told "the guide book would come in handy". That's right this is like a church camp, you bring your own towels, No problem Cindy brought us some. We rent a boat and tie up the boat, only to be chased down by the slip owner, after they called where I worked (found papers in boat), where we rented from they then headed to the house, they new where to come, because we was not the first ones to stay in the house and park in their spot. Texted Cindy, Once again to see where to park the boat and "refer to the guide book" came out again. At this point I had looked at the book, but did not see it, so she guided me to where in the book it would be found. Go to move the boat and there is no tie downs on the dock, so have to take the boat back where we rented from. We have vacation rentals and understand the process, we also rent alot and never had a. digital book or No towels. If the book was going to be so important should have a copy at the house, should also send out a text message a week prior with the link and the importance of reading prior to coming and I would put in the headlines Bring your own towels. I am sure the dock will get tie downs soon, but none of them are marked, so don't just pick a spot,k know where you are heading. Cindy always responded and the property worked well for us.

The lake is beautiful and the people in the neighborhood are super nice and extremely friendly. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.
