Welcome to Oasi Serena, a welcoming portion of a semi-detached house, arranged on two floors, one of which is an attic.

As soon as you cross the threshold you will be greeted by a small hallway that leads to the living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, television, working wood-burning fireplace and a dining table. A spiral staircase will take you to the attic floor. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Continuing from the living area, a corridor will lead you to the large and modern bathroom, complete with a spacious shower. Opposite the bathroom, you will find the double bedroom. At the end of the corridor, the bedroom will welcome you with two single beds and a bridge wardrobe.

On the second floor, a hallway will lead you to the third bedroom.

The exterior is no exception: a private garden with barbecue, deck chairs and an outdoor shower awaits you for moments of relaxation in the open air. In addition, private parking is available for your convenience.
