After over a dozen VRBO rentals, this was the first property where we did not have a specific contact to assist with any problems or issues. Vacasa asked us to text them, but they never responded. When we called their 800 number, they didn't know anything about our property and would have to get back to us. Upon moving into the property, snow began to fall and we accumulated over 40 inches. There was no snow removal service. We had to dig ourselves out. Additionally, the property was not clean as there was mouse droppings throughout the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and counters. We had to vacuum and dust the MBR as it looked like it hadn't been done in years. The property advertises two king beds. There are no king beds in the house. You will also need to buy your own toaster and tea kettle. The communications said we could not park a car on the street, so we could not have a second car because it could not get into the driveway with 40 inches of snow piled up. It's a shame that we had this experience because the house was otherwise very nice with great views and a good location.
