En otroligt grundad modern oas på toppen av världen på Tahoe magiska västra strand, vacker utsikt erbjuder semesterfirare det mest hisnande panorama landskap man kunde någonsin hoppas på!
Inte bara är vyn är otroligt, men huset är modern och rymlig med en öppen planlösning.
Ange på huvudnivån där kök, vardagsrum och matrum sprawl ut framför dig med vidsträckt utsikt över Lake Tahoe genom stora skjutdörrar och höga fönster.
Två sovrum och ett badrum till höger och till vänster, var en spegelbild av den andra, med nya solskydd i alla sovrum för komfort. Varje badrummet har en fin step-in kakel badkar / dusch.
1/2 bad i hallen samt tvätt nere. Två garage för din komfort och bekvämlighet.
Ingen kabel-tv på den här fastigheten, men Apple TV är till för din njutning!
Observera: Husägare kan ibland använda nedre lägenheten, med separat ingång och utan avbrott för dig och din semester. Tvätten Området är den enda delade utrymme.

Great Rental Company!

Although we didn’t get to stay in the house due to unforeseen circumstances (beyond everyone’s control), the rental company acted quickly and got us into an even better house. I would definitely rent from them again.

Property lives up to its Name!

There are many positive attributes that one can use to describe this property. But the best thing about this home is, in fact, the view! We were so happy with the panoramic view looking out the back windows of the home. It is a complete 180 degree view and beyond peaceful. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. In addition, the home is clean and well-appointed. There was more than enough room for the 2 other couples and us who stayed there for 4 nights. I would stay there again!

Everything it should have been

The pictures don’t do the view and location justice. It is absolutely stunning. One unspoken perk is it is located on a cul-de-sac, and only one house from a huge field of snow. Huge plus for my kids! Just walked next door to play in the snow for hours. Beds were all comfortable, house was immaculate. Great kitchen and bathrooms on both sides of the house was convenient too. There were several comments about the floor and no carpet, however this house has hydronic heating in which the floors heat the house, which was wonderful! Closets were huge, lots of hangers. One of the masters had a very small dresser, so we just used the shelf in the closet. Only one TV in the living room and if you watch during the day you can’t see because of the glare from the beautiful view, so maybe just stare outside instead of at the TV. There’s a ton of light switches for really cool light features. Takes a minute to figure them all out. Only slight negative was the counter space and lighting in the bathroom. Tough for the girls to get ready, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would absolutely rent this house again. Management group was extremely organized and great communication. 10/10.

$1,000,000 View

This property was amazing. However, I believe it was downplayed in the description. The property was immaculate, spacious and super comfortable. I as concerned for the lack of air conditioning. But the breeze off the lake was more than enough to keep the living spaces comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. The property is a gem! And a bargain!

It's all about the view.

We were lucky enough to stay at this lovely home during one of the biggest winter storms I have ever experienced. So we were at home a lot! I don't know if there is a house that offers a more spectacular view of the lake. It is truly stunning and makes your time at the house something special. The house itself could use a few simple additions to make it more comfortable (area rugs, extra linens, new pillows) but in all, it was very comfortable. We had a couple issues with the house during our stay and the management company was very responsive. They were able to resolve them in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, if you are coming to Lake Tahoe to enjoy the beauty of the lake, you can't go wrong with this house!

Refreshing

6 of us stayed here and we found it to be perfect for us. We loved relaxing on the deck enjoying the view and plenty of space in the family and dining room for all to move comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were cozy!

The views of the lake from the front porch are unbelievable!! This was a perfect spot to stay for a week vacation to explore the area and the accommodations worked perfect for two couples, as there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom on each side of the home (4 bedrooms total on main floor). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill multiple meals at home. Communication with rental company was very convenient and helpful!

Outstanding Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house and view are gorgeous! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay. The rooms were spacious. Quiet location, located near local trails and not too far from town. We would definitely stay here again, just for the view alone.

Gorgeous home

Came for a wedding and stayed with friends. This place was gorgeous! Incredible view so worth being a few minutes from the water. House was clean and had a great kitchen and nice bathrooms and showers too.

We could have stayed in the house everyday and not have been disappointed with our trip to Tahoe! The house was just as described and the view was even better! Access to the Tahoe Park Association Beach was a big plus. Would 100% stay there again!

Beautiful views, nice house

As the title states, the views do not disappoint! The house is modern, clean, and fully equipped. The house has a layout which seems to be optimized for renters as there is no master suite with a private bathroom. There is lots of glass to enjoy the views from almost every room, nice furnishings, and beautiful stained concrete floors. The lack of area rugs, window coverings, and other soft furnishings makes for a clean modern appearance, but also results in noise carrying easily throughout the house and echoing, this was an issue for our group for both light and heavy sleepers. All mattresses are could use more comfort according to the guests in our group (expect better at this price) . Lastly, there is an owner unit downstairs which may be occupied while guests are present, I did not discover this until after I booked as the info was a bit buried in the contract. We heard noises and the felt presence of someone, but never saw or heard them. This gave us an uneasy feeling, not good when you’re trying to relax and sleep while on vacation. Everything else was very good, and as an added bonus there is and HOA beach and pier at the lake. Based on this, I give 4/5 stars. The issues we had could all be easily addressed, and then I would give 5/5 stars.

Honeymoon Heaven and we could get used to this!

Breathtaking views more spectacular than photos could ever depict. Woke up to a glorious sunset over the lake every morning. House fully stocked and very comfortable. Clean! Management vert accommodating. Love love love and hope to return!

Beautiful View

Beautiful view was just that...beautiful! The location of the home was perfect. It had stunning lake views. The home itself was clean and well stocked. The layout was great for our family. It did get hot during the day, so we went out and purchased box fans that we left behind for other guests of the home that might find themselves in the same sweaty predicament. But that just could be because we are from Texas and are used to air conditioning! Ha! But other than that, it was fantastic. The home is great, and we would stay here again!

Great location amazing view

Very close to Tahoe City where there are a number of good restaurants. AMAZING view. Good kitchen with lots of coffee makers and everything you need.
