  • Beläget i en vackert anlagd villa komplex med många bekvämligheter, har detta tre sovrum semesterboende hem en uppdaterad kök och en stor matplats för upp till 6. De 1. 5 bad har uppdaterats liksom. Den mysiga bergsvardagsrummet finns gott om sittplatser, med bekväma soffor och en vedeldad spis. Njut av den rymliga uteplatsen där du kan koppla av eller grill med den medföljande grill. Det finns HDTV med kabel och trådlöst internet. Ligger på Lake Tahoe North Shore, är Lake Forest Glen Condominiums ligger i en vacker äng mellan motorvägen och sjön. Det är en lätt promenad till Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach och många andra på stranden av Lake Tahoe. Denna utveckling har två pooler, bastu, badtunna (året runt), tennisbanor, pickleball och en lekplats. Varje enhet har två reserverade parkeringsplatser och det finns gott om extra parkering i två över flödes parkeringsplatser ligger bekvämt på fastigheten. Komplexet ligger nära Tahoe City, skidområden, inklusive Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar och Homewood Mountain, shopping och fina restauranger. Kustbevakningen sjösättning är precis runt hörnet för våra sommargäster. Plus det finns bekväm tillgång till bra cykling och vandringsleder, b��de på och utanför vägen. På vintern kör upp på gatan till Tahoe Cross Country XC Center.

Perfectly peaceful

Great spot for our family of 4 to spend the week. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The cul de sac had room for the kids to play outside. It is walking distance to the lake, a bakery and park. A short drive from all the North Lake amenities and adventures. We will definitely be back.

The property was great. The community was great. The amenities in the condo were skimpy. There was only 1 wash rag, 3 bath towels, 2 pool towels. There wasn’t any spices. (Places we have previously stayed at always had spices.). We did have a great weekend

Great place!

Had some trouble with them charging my card, but that was because my bank thought it was fraud at first. That was my banks fault and the property management completely helped me. 10/10 would rent again. My friends and I loved it! Had everything we needed. So clean :) we would love to rent again. Highly highly recommend!

Great, comfy place

We had a great stay here! The house was comfy, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was someone took the parking spot right in front of the house while we were out. We called just to let someone know and didn't receive a call back. Not a big deal but some sort of parking enforcement would be great. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Wonderful condo. With comfy beds and nice sheets; stocked with plates, glasses, cups, pots/pans and everything a kitchen would need. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Easy self check in. We’ve been going to Lake Forest Glen, different condos, since kids were little, over 30 years ago. Not sure when this condo was remodeled but excellent job. Great location, seems on quieter side but that could just be when we were there. Communication great. Definitely would book again. Next year!

Nice place, as advertised.

The property was well appointed, clean and well located. There was no TV remote control and no instructions on how to open the flu in the fireplace. It was rainy and we had no TV for the kids to watch. When we called management, they were ineffective communicators and unhelpful. They actually hung up on us! However, they refunded some of the charges, so that made it better. It was a good stay.

Reviewer Comments: My three complaints are:1. some paper towels might be nice.2. Would have been nice to have a remote for the TV, no where to be found.3. Could have gone without seeing the mouse make himself at home running around the kitchen while we were sitting at the dining room table.Outside of that, I guess the price was fair. But you get what you pay for.

When we checked-in into this town house the house looked quite clean and cozy. But there was no warm water in the bathroom. The water was very cold, no way to take a shower in this extreme cold in late December. We have adjusted the water temperature on the heater. Then, it turned out that the refrigerator was leaking and the top shelves were completely filled with water. I was constantly wiping the shelves. The last straw was when I saw a mouse in the kitchen. It first ran one way under my feet, then the other. After that, my children and I could no longer stay in this house. So we took off 2 days before the check-out date. As I was told by property manager after I texted him, they having area wide mice issues. How come nobody informed us about that?

Being foodies, the kitchen was a bit tight for more than two people, but it was well stocked with the proper utensils and the gas stove was a bonus! The location is perfect--less than 5 mins from TC and a short walk to the Skylandia beach. The property manager O'Neal Assocs. was very accomodating and helpful. Everyting was great and we would highly recommend this place!

Great floor-plan felt spacious and gave our kids their own bedrooms. Super clean and well stocked. Plows came often to handle days of heavy snow. Would have been nice to have a king bed in the primary bedroom. All the mattresses were very firm.
