Parkins Dollar Point Home

  • Filtrerad sjöutsikt kan avnjutas från detta bekväma semesterhus med två badrum, två badrum i prestigefyllda Dollar Point. Det finns två bostadsområden i detta stora hem, med öppna taktak separerade av en stor sten spis. Varje vardagsrum har en platt-TV. Det finns tillgång till det rymliga och soliga däcket från båda bostadsområdena där du kan koppla av i solen eller få en glimt av sjön. Stort garage, gott om parkering och en utomhusanpassad stengrill. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns ett stort matbord. Det stora sovrummet finns på översta våningen precis vid matsalen. Den har en king size-säng och ett komplett badrum. Nedför trappan hittar du garage och tvättstuga. Den första av tre gästrum har en Queen size-säng. Det andra gästrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det tredje gästrummet är möblerat med en bäddsoffa. Det finns också ett komplett badrum på denna nivå. Det finns WiFi i det här huset. Dollar Point HOA-poolen och tennisbanorna ligger inom gångavstånd från huset och det är bara en kort bilresa till den vackra HOA-stranden med pir och grillmöjligheter och volleyboll för skojs skull vid sjön under sommaren! Kort bilresa till Tahoe City för god mat, shopping och underhållning. Bra läge för vinterskidåkning med närliggande Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows och Homewood skidorter.

    ** Dollar Point HOA tar nu officiellt ut hyresgäster för användning av deras bekvämligheter inklusive pool, tennisbanor, boccia boll, shuffleboard, matställbrygga och strand. Det är nu $ 10 per dag, per person som ska betalas av hyresgästen. Ålder 5 och under är gratis. Högst 8 personer får använda amentiteterna per dag.**

Very nice place at great location

This cabin is the perfect spot for a family getaway. It's less than a 5-minute drive to Tahoe City, where you can find everything you need.

Spacious and cozy home with excellent location

The property manager communicated well for our first Air B and B experience. Property clean, spacious and pet friendly with area in front and back to spend time with our dog. Excellent experience and well recommended.

Quirky cabin fun

We really enjoyed staying here. We had 2 families staying and the layout of the house with 3 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs worked out perfectly. The furniture, windows, and bathrooms/kitchen are old and dated but clean and in working order. The location is beautiful with views of the lake from the deck and inside the house.

Love This Retro Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spotless, well appointed with kitchen wares, linens etc. The sauna was so nice to relax in. The only complaint was master bed was old. The other beds were great. We would definitely stay here again!!

Loved it!

This house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It’s a classic lake community withe a cute town nearby. House was very clean and allowed us to bring our dogs. Property manager was really responsive and friendly. Listing talked about spiders but we saw none at all. Super clean!

Oldie but good

The house is a bit dated but it worked for our family. The kitchen had everything you might need. The sleeper sofa should be replaced with just a standard twin bed - it was very uncomfortable. The views were a very nice surprise.

A few things

Great place to stay but need a few things. Like soap for the shower, doesn’t need two different kinds of shampoo/conditioner. Some oil for the kitchen and maybe tin foil, but besides that it was pretty well stocked. Appreciate the accommodations with getting us in early for grandpas sake.

Accommodating home

The house felt like a home with family photos and decorations. It was a good size for accommodating my family. The deck has patio furniture including a picnic table large enough to have about a dozen people sit comfortably. The stove, which had one working burner, was fixed within a few hours of being reported. Lots of room in the 2 living areas and kitchen, yet cozy. I found the 2 taxidermy animals fascinating to look at.

Could use some big improvements

While the house absolutely was rustic as stated , I would call it dated . There was no toilet paper or kitchen towels , it was a bit grimy , but it does say rustic .I believe the very 80s photos that are all over the house should be removed and customers should be warned of the dead dust animal heads.

Everything was great except for the beds. No one slept well the first night. Each couple identified issues with the bed they were sleeping in: wrong size sheets/blankets on a queen, too hard/stiff, and mattress leans to center of bed. The second night, we all stayed up until exhausted and then we all slept ‘better’. Aside from the beds, the cabin was excellent! Old and rustic! It was great!
