“The hotel was just OK. I gave it only 3 stars because the description implied that it was more luxurious or upscale, and it didn't seem any different than average hotels I have stayed in for 1/2 the price.”
“Bodde på hotellet med min fru och vi hade det fantastiskt. Hotellet ligger mitt i pisten och backarna är av världsklass. Skidorna dukas av personalens innan man kommer ut och i övrigt lämnar varken faciliteter eller service något övrigt att önska.”
“Heated pool and hot tub were nice with decent bar. Spa was good. Restaurant was amazing! Parking was unexpected expense and far from resort. Bed was uncomfortable. Room phone was broken. Drinks were expensive. Spa was expensive. Couldn't get a golf T time. Overall 4/5 stars would stay again and definitely would go to the restaurant again.”
“No cleaning unless you are there for 5 days! They charge $40.00 per day for parking! This is off season and the lots were almost empty. I can see charging during ski season but not off season.
$40.00 for resort fee when every thing is closed is a joke!
Loud party above me till 2:30 am. No one to call to complain and no security around. Not recommended !”
“There is construction on the hotel site and no access to Lake Tahoe on the property. You have to take a shuttle bus to an offsite location to access the lake.”
