    Dra nytta av de många omgivande naturliga bekvämligheterna med enkel tillg��ng till skidåkning i världsklass, anmärkningsvärd mountainbike, vandring och simning. Mest synnerligen ligger Lake Tahoe ut genom din ytterdörr, inom några steg från Moon Dunes Beach. Bask i norra stranden solljus hela dagen, året runt, från stranden eller däck.

    OM OMRÅDET

    Strax väster om Kings Beach och kör rakt längs sjön, är Tahoe Vista en favorit för utomhusentusiaster. För sjöälskare, kajakpaddling från en av flera dolda stränder eller en motoriserad utflykt från den nya Tahoe Vista Recreation Area båtlanseringen är två Tahoe Vista-behandlar. För landsklubbar, ligger den närliggande regionalparken året runt spårhuvuden för mountainbike, snöskor och längdskidåkning, en disk golfbana, naturstigar och söta swing set.

    På vintern är du mindre än femton minuter från Northstar California. Där kan du njuta av tillgång till nästan 100 spår och över 3000 skidhöjder, oklanderlig grooming, otrolig trädskidåkning och tillräckligt utbud för att utmana alla skidåkare. Dra nytta av världsklass terrängparker, längdskidåkning, en äventyrspark för ungdomar och en 9000 kvadratfot isbana omgiven av eldstaden och en rink sidobar.

It may be a little dated but the location is excellent. Great views, private pier, and even a private walkway to the public beach. Double deep parking spot. Nearby marina. If you're going to bring or rent a boat, this is a great spot.

A good rental for a group. Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe right off the living room. Nice beds, plenty of towels. We found a number of things broken or in need of replacement (nothing major) and the place seemed a bit lacking in TLC.

My group was so amazed. A deck overlooking the lake. A private pier to enjoy. Enough rooms for a large party to stay comfortably, and everything you need, like Safeway, a couple minutes away. And, the Nevada border just a few minutes further so if you like...all the gambling you want to do.

The lake view was lovely but the property is very run down. Holes in the walls, stained carpets, even a hole in the side of the hot tub. It's a small, low powered 2 person hot tub and the cover is torn in several places. Mini blinds held on with duct tape, missing screens and some windows didn't open. The king size bed is uncomfortable. Absolutely not worth the price. Don't plan on using the dock as there is a sign posted that "renters aren't allowed on dock." We were disappointed and will not be back.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. I love the dock. The window in the house is big and beautiful, great views. AC worked well. Washing machine works well, dryer is slow (lots of clothes laundered on our trip). Property managers are responsive. Impossible to open lock on hot tub - needs to be replaced. Bed frame on lower bed is loose and noisy if you shift in the bed. Overall, very nice.

Location and View Spectacular

Overall you can't beat the view or location of this property. I will say this property could use a little updating given the price point, dated furnishings and bedding. Kitchen not stocked with things like tin foil and saran wrap. Hair dryer in one of th bathrooms did not work just little things that could be improved to make this an even better experience. We had a great time and loved the pier and beach access even in the winter. Will definitely return.

Lack of Compassion

I understand that businesses need to make money and have common sense policies in place to protect their business, however there should always be room for exceptions or at the very least, compassion. I booked a 3 night stay at a 4 bedroom Tahoe home to celebrate my birthday with my husband and our three closest couple friends. Two couples came down with COVID and the company allowed us to reschedule the reservation once (according to the contract I signed and paid extra money for the privilege of flexibility in the case of an unexpected obstacle). We selected another date a few weeks after the original and then my husband had an accident and had to have emergency spinal surgery. I called the company again and explained what was going on and was told flatly that the policy clearly is that I can only reschedule our stay once and they would not let me reschedule again. The person offered no apology and I said goodbye through tears on the phone. Only one couple was able to enjoy the rental as the other three remained behind with me to support my husband as he went in for surgery. I will never rent with this heartless company again.

Weekend at Lakeside Escape

The location on the lake, the deck with lake views and beauty of the area rate a 5/5. There is a beach close by and chairs on the end of the pier. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunrise. The hot tub is not as big as it appears in the picture but seated 4 adults. The padlock is still broken as noted in earlier reviews. The oven in the kitchen needs repair and did not hold temperature. We have stayed in other VRBO rentals in tourist areas that had more amenities (e.g. towels for hot tub, some firewood, more kitchen supplies), The lock box is not easy to use, the outside umbrella was broken and taped so that it could not be tilted toward the sun. The drawers in chest in downstairs bedroom were missing rails to hold drawers in place. Hinge on corner kitchen cupboard is broken. Interior of home could benefit from standard maintenance (spackle, paint). The instructions folder notified us that if the garbage bins became over-full, we would be charged for the disposal overage. We had room to place our trash but given that there are 5 or so other properties in the complex this was concerning. The property management company responded to phone calls and was helpful. They were prompt with e-mails regarding arrival. Overall our family had a lovely weekend, but the appearance of these minor deficiencies and defects can distract from the beauty of the location. Thus our overall rating is 4/5 stars.

Fell immediately so in love with the view and dock here! Felt like a very safe area. Knew it was an older home going in to it, that being said a few key upgrades would go a long way into making this a 5 star stay. The deck could use a table/chairs as there were none, the older tv with dish worked for a few minutes before saying it couldn’t connect so a smart tv that guests could login to would be great, the king bed needs a real mattress and the water pressure needs looked at by a plumber as there is no pressure upstairs, firewood provided in winter would also be amazing as the central heat doesn’t carry upstairs where the rooms are and it was very cold at night. Also only having 3 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 7 was weird, I just kept washing them! Hot tub worked great and the rest of the rooms were comfortable, location of house to great restaurants & a cafe was amazing. Would stay again if upgraded a bit!

This cabin was lovely. The view of the lake was amazing! We had a pleasant and relaxing weekend. Because the weather kept us inside most of the time, the only complaint is that the cable did not work. It would have been nice if the TV was a smart one that we could just have logged into our own streaming accounts. The cooking pans were great, except the larger ones did not have lids. Overall, this cabin was amazing and we had a five star experience
