Dear Alexander Roaders team sincerely feel sorry about what happened during your stay. We sincerely apologize to make you uncomfortable. Regarding the loss of your clothes, we received your notice on Mar.8th and immediately referred to the monitor to confirm whether there was any misjudgment to clean up your clothes. As we informed you on Mar.9th, we didn't find the things based on your statement. However, we had still actively asked our partners to pay more attention to whether there were similar things in the hotel. After several days of attention, we've gained nothing. Roaders team are really sorry that the communication process between us makes you uncomfortable. We will keep bettering ourselves and enhacne the education to our staff to provide wonderful and nice accommodation experiences for our guests.
