This stylish home has an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with a heat pump for your comfort in any season. There are 2 cosy bedrooms plus a sofa that can be converted into a queen-sized bed. The cool bathroom is equipped with the basics and a laundry space - summing up the convenience of your holiday.

The Beach House seamlessly flows to the expansive deck, ideal for soaking in the sun and beautiful views while having BBQs with your loved ones. A peaceful rear garden backing onto the native bush reserve is also directly behind the property.

Relax and listen to the waves of Pauanui Beach and native birdsong. The location is just a 1km flat walk to swimming, skatepark and the vibrant town centre.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in and around Tairua - head to the world-famous Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove, just a 30-minute drive away. Go for a boat tour or enjoy fishing, kayaking, trekking, etc.
