The Rise

Welcome to The Rise, an exceptional architectural retreat perched above beautiful Tairua, where breathtaking ocean views and iconic Mt Paku create an unforgettable backdrop for your stay.



Designed to embrace its elevated position, floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame spectacular views from most of the house. Thoughtfully arranged across three levels, and complete with a custom-built outdoor sauna, the home offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms (including the downstairs self-contained area), providing space, privacy and comfort for families and groups.



The top floor is dedicated to a luxurious master suite, complete with a king bed, panoramic views and a beautifully appointed ensuite featuring a deep soaking bath and shower with a stunning outlook. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the scenery.



The main level features open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas, two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate toilet, all positioned to maximise the spectacular views. On the lower level, guests will find a flexible fourth bedroom with Murphy-bed, kitchenette and bathroom, creating an ideal private retreat for extended family or friends.



Polished concrete floors with underfloor heating, plus a wood-fire, keep the main living level warm year-round, while heat pumps on the upper and lower floors ensure comfort in every season. After a day exploring the Coromandel, soak up the views from the master suite sanctuary, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the wood-burning fireplace as the sun sets over Tairua. Complete with hotel-quality linen and just moments from beaches, boat ramps, cafés and local attractions, The Rise offers a truly elevated coastal escape.

Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen Murphy Bed (Please note - the fourth bedroom is part of the downstairs self-contained area. There is no internal access between this floor and the rest of the house).



House Rules and Information -



Parking: There is space for 2-3 vehicles to park in front of the garage. You are welcome to use the garage to store bikes etc, however there is no room to park a vehicle.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
