"Amazing resort, clean, well kept and excellent service. The pictures and description of the room and the resort was living up to the expectation. We found the food and drinks included in the all inclusive package great and tasty. We were a family of 6 visiting and stayed in two of the larger pool access rooms which we found very nice. A special thanks to Dan and The Beach Grill team as well as Top providing excellent service and a fun time in the activity lounge. Thanks to Karla also for the excellent evening dinner hosting at the Nest. We will definitively come back again and recommend this resort warmly to anyone considering it. "

"Fantastisk service av hela teamet. Tea, Nescafe, Tom och Jerry tar emot med enorm värme, glädje och hjälper med allt. Fina Chelsea i restaurangen. Fantastisk personal i receptionen som hjälpte till med en skada på kvällen innan vi hade chans att komma till en klinik."

"Exklusivit boende som man inte hinner utnyttja. För barnfamiljer finns det mesta att aktivera med. Det blir för stort och mycket av allt så mysigheten försvinner och man är ett Får i skocken. Poolen kan man simna någon km utan att vända. Frukost är nog bland det bästa och det finns en vuxen del av den och stranden, kan vara skönt om man inte har barn med sig."

"Very nice hotel but very off. No shops or restaurants nearby and 30min to Khao Lak centre. This was our 3rd hotel in the Khao Lak area and we stayed 7 nights, 5 would have been more than enough as we wanted to do more than just stay at the hotel. Good breakfast and plenty of things for the kids, not all needed but nice ro have in bad weather. We had dinner at an amazing nearby restaurant called Mu.Te.Lay and that was the highlight of the food around rhe hotel. "

"Bra service, super utbud för barnfamiljer. Tryggt och bra med pooler anpassade för flera åldrar. Trivsam turist liknande plats där många kan trivas.efter en vecka åkte vi vidare, två vuxna utan barn till Phi Phi Island. Massa mer mygg men också mer exotiskt och djungellikt liv."

"Andra gången vi bor här och i år upplevde vi stt hotellet gått ner sig. Personalen upplevdes inte lika trevlig som för 2 år sedan. Städningen skedde sent på eftermiddagen så när man gick upp för dagen så var det inte städat eller så höll det på att städas. Fick inte rätt antal handdukar trots att vi påpekade det flertalet gånger. Poolområdet kändes inte rent. Dåliga öppettider på gymmet och väldigt litet med dålig utrustning. Frukosten är jättebra med stort utbud. Vi Kommer inte komma tillbaka igen"

"Mycket bra hotell med bra service och sköna sängar. Det enda negativa är att hotellets wifi är svajigt när men ligger stranden där trots allt merparten av gästerna befinner sig dagtid. "

"Nice and quiet. Good location. The pool areas was nice and with sun beds available all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner was very noicy (we stayed in a villa) and the room could have been vacuum cleaned more often. "

"We were here for 4 nights, starting our southern Thailand trip (couple in 30s) in the best way. Never experienced this level of service. Everything was just amazing. Great pools, private beach, good food if you cant bother the 10 min walk down the road (maybe bit more pricey but worth the view). Such a wonderful staff. Great gym and room was much more spacius than we thought. At last - free muay thai activity for beginners was really good. Big Thanks to the trainer Kim and his trainees from the resort. 🙏"
