  • Välkommen att tillbringa en fantastisk semester i vår nyrenoverade villa i Khao Lak, BÄSTA MÖJLIGA LÄGE med gångavstånd till stranden, mer än 50 restauranger, vårt nya torg med liveunderhållning, den berömda nattmarknaden med mer än 100 butiker, massage- och skönhetssalonger, barer och kaféer.

    Vi är engagerade i att se till att våra gäster får en underbar upplevelse hela vägen från ankomst till flygplatsen till utcheckning, inklusive fantastiska aktiviteter till rabatterade priser genom vår researrangörspartner.

    Denna magnifika villa har ett perfekt läge - avskilt utan grannar men ändå gångavstånd till paradisisk sandstrand, shopping, många lokala och internationella restauranger, massagesalonger och barer samt den populära nattmarknaden, som är en stor utomhusmarknad där du hittar mer än 100 stånd som erbjuder allt från färskt kött och grönsaker till kläder och souvenirer till mycket bra priser.

    Transfer från Phuket flygplats till vårt hus ingår för alla nya bokningar på minst 7 dagar - Chauffören från vår servicepartner väntar på dig vid terminalutgången och kör dig säkert till vårt hus.

    Om Khao Lak
    Khao Lak är omgivet av risfält och gummi-, palm- och kokosplantager. Interiören är täckt av magnifik naturlig djungel och reser sig för att möta höga kullar, genomskurna av bäckar och forsande vattenfall som Saeng Thong, Lam Roo och Chong Fa. De lugna bostadsområdena är mycket trevliga, med gott om bekvämligheter.

    Det finns gott om aktiviteter för att hålla dig sysselsatt varje dag eller bara slappa vid poolen med en bra bok. Om du vill utforska den underbara upplevelsen av typisk thailändsk massage behöver du bara gå ner till stranden (400 m) och besöka en av de många strandstugorna för en timmes helkroppsmassage till ett pris av cirka 9 euro.

    Khao Lak har allt för alla, förutom krångel, bländning och buller från den livliga ön Phuket. Charmen och skönheten i det genuina Thailand finns i Khao Lak – något som Phuket förlorade för 20 år sedan.

The property was very clean and beautiful! It was a perfect stay! The kids loved the beautiful pool. The owners were very responsive to messages. The area was quiet but close to lots of things! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Perfect property for us and our family

Really great location and wonderful restaurants and bars nearby as well as being peaceful, isolated and safe. The swimming pool is perfect and the house was perfect for us. Not too high end specifications in terms of fixtures and fittings which suited us brilliantly. Really responsive hosts and all questions answered in record time. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again.

Good choice

For only two people this house is definitely too big. We knew it from the beginning, but its surroundings made us to decide to go there anyway for nearly 2 weeks. And we did not regret our decision.From the very beginning – the one way transfer from Phuket airport is included and very easy – we felt at home in this nice house: A big and clean pool, with a well maintained garden to observe squirrels and chipmunks as well as many exotic birds. Additional due to sufficient ameneties in the kitchen there is everything to make your stay very comfortable. Since my wife has some problems with shiftet disks the state of the mattresses are important for her. And they where indeed extremly comfortable causing a good quality sleep. From the house you need to walk only less than 10 minutes to reach everything. Small supermarkets, the night market (for us a little too much on the touristtrap side), lots of nice restaurants, a small but interesting tsunami museum and the pleasant beach. So the time we had there went by very fast. To a most likely self induced problem with a door lock from our side we got very fast help from the housekeeper and the entire communication with the owner was friendly and helpful. So although this house is „oversizing“ us by far we definitely would choose it again when deciding to return to Khao Lak. So Jackie, thank you very much having us there. Owner was non responsive to problems

We arrived and were not greeted by anyone. We had no hot water and tried to reach the owner. Five days into the stay the owner told us to turn on the water heaters under the sinks. This blew the circuit and we had no electricity. No AC! The owner provided 2 numbers for contact. Handyman left for Sweden and the housekeepers phone was disconnected. The owner suggested we use the outside shower and not use too much electricity. The circuit box was too small for the house. I believe it was 100amp. The house as a whole had a lot if deferred maintenance The upstairs toilet would not stop running. So, we shut the water off. Downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush. Waterpurifier in the kitchen was not connected. We had to purchase sheets for a bed. Pillowcases were missing from pillows . There was a stray dog that turned out to be quite friendly.The owner told us the dogs name and to feed it. All in all, this home should not be rented until the owner puts some money into maintenance. At one point we looked at hotels but it was too much work to move everything. The owner took about 2 days minimum to respond to our calls and really did not care about conditions. The last review was in 2019 and the house had a good review. When looking at VRBO check out the dates of reviews. This house should not be rented. The owner had all kinds of suggestions and excuses but did nothing to address the problems. The house was run down and a disappointment.

Lugnt belägen villa med gångavstånd till restauranger och butiker

Bodde här en vecka och hann inte tröttna på utbudet runt om i byn. Flera mysiga restauranger inom promenadavstånd. Även gångavstånd till stranden, men vi valde att göra utflykter till närliggande stränder. Coconut beach är ett måste att besöka, samt "peekweep" beach. Villan har ett avskilt läge. Rummen är rymliga med walkincloset och egen toa. Svalkande pool. På tomten bor en söt herrelös hund som alltid hälsade glatt på oss när vi kom tillbaka.

Great beach house for large groups

It was my turn this year to arrange our family reunion with people coming from all parts of the world literally. After hours of research I finally decided on this property in the village of Khao Lak, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! The property is very conveniently located, slightly off the main road and no neighbours at all, yet walking distance to the beach. We loved the layout of the house with a cosy pool and lounge area in the back where most of us spend the majority of the time. We were 15 people all together and the rooms are so large, all with their own bathrooms, so we could even have fitted more people if we wanted without any problem. I can recommend to visit the local morning markets to buy all kinds of lovely sea food, vegetables, fruits you have never seen before and meats, and cook on the barbecue which we did almost every evening. We all had very nice vacation and would like to thank the house keepers for a great stay - always there to help us, and wish to come back sometime in the future!

Wonderful house in perfect location

have nothing but compliments to give this wonderful vacation property, and our entire group are sending our warmest gratitudes to the house keepers who found great baby sitter and cook during our stay!! The villa is large, clean and very well maintained, plus conveniently located, right in the middle of everything you need during your stay, which is so important for us. You can easily walk to the beach and there are several restaurants along the main beach access road which serves excellent local cuisine as well as international food. The airport transfer went very smooth as the driver waited with a name sign at the exit and quickly helped our group of 8 people into the van, and drove us directly to the house. One of us is in a wheelchair which was not a problem as there is one bedroom on the ground floor and only minor steps here and there. The elephant safari and visit to Khao Sok national park was a highlight, not to mention the 3-day diving trip to Similian Islands that some of us went on. The only negative was that we wish our vacation was at least one week longer!!

Such a relaxing stay and yet lots of opportunitites to do lots of things

Just returned from 2 weeks over Christmas and welcoming in the New Year 2020 in this lovely villa. It has charm. Very spacious and clean. From our first enquiry Jackie was speedy and efficient in her replies. Views from the pool are overlooking a river which leads out to the sea (about 7 minute walk). The trees are so pretty and the sounds and sight of the birds is wonderful. We felt so safe and the house and pool are very private. We were a grown up family of 6 so only used 3 of the 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms. We used the bar-b-que on a few evenings and other evenings we tried various nearby restaurants of which there is plenty of choice. The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. The locals are so friendly and helpful but certainly not in any way pushy. Our transfers were well organised in terms of timeliness and again friendliness. We were able to stop off en-route from the airport to collect water/beers which helped with carrying. The market is a 5 minute walk also and is on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat for provisions and sells food to eat in as well as tourist merchandise on other days. We took a trip to the Similan Islands early in the morning to avoid the trips that leave later (this meant everywhere was less busy when we arrived which was ideal). We also took a car to Coconut Beach and White Beach. We walked to other beaches. One evening we went to The Vue restaurant - they collected us and dropped us back near to the house - the food was delicious and the views beautiful for the sunset. They are quite slow in serving but we knew in advance so made the most of the scenery, views and ambience. We would all very much recommend this villa to others. If ever we returned to the area it would be our choice too. It would be useful if the housekeepers were on WhatsApp or email as texts are expensive from the UK.

Nice and spacious villa in great location, great for large groups

This was a very comfortable and large villa, perfect for the ones that are looking for a vacation house with walking distance to the beach and the local market which had everything you need to buy during your stay. The property is nicely set in a lovely garden and together with the pool at the back of the property, it's a very nice place to enjoy your holidays in Khao Lak. Many thanks to Jackie for helping us with transportation and giving us a great rate on the tours we took in the surroundings - great fun for all of us.

Lovely villa with fantastic pool area and location

After spending some wonderful weeks in this lovely villa in Khao Lak, I only wished that we could have stayed for some more time. Thank you Jackie for all your help and letting us stay in your amazing home. Those massage huts down by the beach was an excellent advise and our kids never seemed to leave the pool during our entire vacation. See you next time.

Superb location, private and lots of space

Houses/Villas are hard to find in Khoa Lak as most accommodation is based within a resort. The house is situated in a private location just behind the main Market which is held 3/ 4 times a week. It's an easy walk to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Lucky, the dog who has decided to live at the house (outside), is delightful and no bother at all. The best view is from the back of the house. It's great to watch the birds and other wildlife. The front of the house looks on to the back of a large hotel which is not so inviting. There is a Burmese camp just down the road towards the beach which looks a little disconcerting at first. It's for the construction workers. We had no problem at all, the people were friendly. It was just sad to see the conditions they have to live in. The house itself is a little tired. The kitchen is OK but needs new cupboard doors, worktops etc. When it was first built it looks like they used good quality fixtures and fitting throughout but it is now ready for an update/ refurb . I was a little disappointed as the photos must have been taken a long time ago. The lovely Jacuzzi bath is very interesting as it's impossible to get in. It's so high up and doesn't have any steps. A word of warning, the electricity bill, at the end of your stay can be a shock. I'm used to air conditioning etc as I have a house of my own in a hot climate and even using it very frugally, just two people, over 18 days our bill was approx £100. The pool filter is the problem as it needs to run 18 hours a day to keep the water in good condition. The pool is great but it's a challenge to keep the water right to swim and we had a couple of days when it wasn't good. If you are a large group please note there is limited room around the pool and only 3 main sun loungers. I had high hopes for this house as the communication from the owner was first class, although somewhat instructional. We have rented many times, via this site and in many countries and in a couple of instances returned to the same Villa. This is our first time in Thailand. We loved it and will return next year but not to this house which probably summarises this review.

Perfect villa for a family vacation in Khao Lak

We had a fantastic vacation in this lovely villa, spacious, clean and with such a great pool in the garden behind the house. Situated next to a river, there are absolutely no neighbors on any side and you don't need to rent a car as everything from beach to restaurants is only a short walk away. We loved the easy transfer by van and the driver ms Lora also helped arranging some amazing excursions for us that was so much fun. Thank you all for making this a trip we will never forget and we hope to return some time.

Vi återkommer nästa år igen

Vi kunde inte ha haft en bättre semester i denna underbara, rymliga o mysiga villa som vi nu har spenderat vår semester de senaste två åren. Den fina poolen i trädgården bakom huset, det lugna läget samt närheten till strand, shopping och restauranger gör detta hus till en utomordentligt bra semester boende, särskilt om man är en stor familj med många barn. Vi tackar Jackie o alla hjälpredor för ytterliggare en toppen semester och ser redan fram emot nästa år!

Never again!

Lots of promises from the listing of this outstanding “five star” villa, our first disappointment was the “luxury transfer” turned out to be a rather old people carrier . The whole experience has the mark of an absent owner using a poor management company without being prepared to spend the investment needed to maintain standards that might once have been. The villa is situated a few minutes walk from the town down a sad, lonely lane boarded on one side by a back wall of a local hotel, on the other, mainly waste land part of which the hotel staff park their cars. Opposite the villa is a ramshackle group of huts used to house poor overseas workers. Luxurious surroundings it certainly isn’t. The unmaintained gardens description has also somewhat been enhanced to a disappointing degree, the four comfortably cushioned chairs were without cushions and extremely uncomfortable, just three sun loungers for six people, missing slabs on the patio that was so rough one had to wear flip flops to walk on it. Absolutely no sign of the “secluded seating areas” in the garden, they don’t exist. An enormous ants nest and a child catching big hole coupled with uncut grass, up to 18inches high in places prevailed. The pool, badly maintained and with green scum on tiles was worrying. Not easy to swim in as it has unusually two steps across the width, dissecting the pool into three levels making swimming difficult. One of the reasons of our booking, was that I swim every day so a good pool is important, this proved impractical, nay, impossible. The checking of the chemical levels, for the temperatures in Thailand was absurd. Check google. They will tell you it must be checked daily, ours was poorly checked once in two weeks, and then only after a prompt via a phone call. The villa .....forget the Home and Away listing photos with lovely upholstered chairs on the upstairs verandas, they don’t exist, just discoloured white cheap plastic chairs chucked in a corner. We were asked to pay for our own electricity used, which we did not object to, this turned out to be TWICE the rate charged in Thailand. Since May 2017 it is illegal to make a supplemental charge to tenants for electricity supplied . Before leaving the villa I received an e mail from the owner saying “you don’t have to pay for the electricity if you don’t like , but in return leave a nice little five star review “ Well , I paid for the electricity and here is my honest review

Exceeded our expectations, great for families!

We were a large group arriving at different times/days to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday at this wonderful property. Ms Lora picked us all up at the airport and she was busy organizing everything perfectly at the airport - thank you for your service minded attitude. The villa is large and comes with a fantastic lounge and pool / barbecue area which we absolutely adored and used everyday. There is a nice market on a 5 minutes walk where you can buy food, clothes and everything else inbetween - even get a nice foot massage. We all had a vacation worth remembering and can warmly recommend this amazing house. Thank you all for taking such great care of us during our short stay.

Impressive pool house, walk to the beach!

There are several advantages with staying in this lovely property in Khao Lak; spacious rooms all have their own bathroom, very nice pool area totally secluded behind the building, no need to hire a car as everything is within 10 minutes walk, excellent airport pickup service free of charge, very service minded house keepers and owner Jackie truly made this vacation stay an absolute favorite. We hope to come back some time in the future. Give a warm hug to ms Lora for waiting for our delayed flight!

Truly amazing property, perfectly located secluded

I can only congratulate the owner Jackie for making our vacation such a wonderful experience staying in her lovely house in Khao Lak. The driver was waiting for us at the airport which was a super nice thing to offer complimentary after such a long flight. The property is really located close to everything so we didn't really need to rent a car, walking to the beach in 10 minutes as well as the night market and shopping in the other direction. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which by the way is totally private with no neighbors on any side and a river floating by the garden. We will definitely come back next year - until then!!

Great villa with fabulous pool area

Great villa in really good location (5 mins walk from bars and restaurants and 10 mins from beach). Villa is very large, well decorated, really private and the pool area is great. Would highly recommend.

Great House to Unwind

Four Bedrooms with private facilities makes for an excellent start. House was extremely quite, neat, tidy and well presented. About a Five minute walk to some great Thai restaurants and bars, Ten minutes to the beach and ten minutes to the market and some shots. There was four of us and the house provided plenty of room. The pool was clean and inviting. Views over the mountain and river was relaxing. If you haven't been to Khao Lak ( our fourth time by first in this home ) do yourself a favour and go. Not a Phuket ( much, much quieter ) but very enjoyable. We certainly would take the opportunity of renting this Villa in lieu of a hotel. Jacki was prompt with her replies and provided us with all the information required. We were picked up at the Airport and meet at the house to allow entry and explanations.

Upea talo uima-altaalta ja huippusijannilla

Vietimme lomamme viimeisen viikon perheen kanssa,tässä upeassa talossa.Talosta löytyy kaikki mukavuudet mitä toivoa voi,avarat ja isot huoneet,erittäin isot makuuhuoneet ja mukavat sängyt.Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat kodinkoneet myös jääpalakone löytyi.Uima-allas oli aivan mahtava ja hyvänkokoinen,siellä tuli polskittua tunti jos toinenkin päivittäin. Wifi toimi loistavasti,pystyi tekemään töitäkin tarvittessa koneella. Autoa tai mopoa ei tarvitse,lyhyt matka ravintoloihin,kaupoille ja rannalle,tosin sinne ei enää tarvinnut mennä kuin kerran loppulomamme aikana,talon allas vei voiton. Iltamarkkinat olivat 300-400m päässä ja siellä tuli käytyä aina kun oli auki. Olle,talonmies,oli opastava ja kertoi kaiken selkeästi. Ilmainen kuljetus sisältyi hintaan tullessa mikä oli mukava extra sen lisäksi että jääkaapista löytyi tervetulopaketti. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen tähän taloon jos kohteena on Khao Lak. Great House, pool and location

We were a family of 10 people, incl. children and grandchildren. Situated close to the Beach and the little village with plenty of restaurants, we had all we needed. No neighbours near by and quiet at night. Beds were In good condition. caretaker Olle and the house dog took good care of us. The wifi set out, but that was due to external problems. Want to go there again.
