“The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. “Great option for our family to visit Ashland. Liked the downstairs rooms and windows actually opened unlike most hotels. We enjoyed it so much booked another night next month.”

“I booked this place because they had a wine bar, or so that’s how they advertised. I booked several months out, but in June they had still not opened their wine garden. After a long day of traveling all I wanted was to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine, so that was disappointing. The room itself was fine and my 8yo daughter loved the bathtub in the living room. Water pressure was great.”

“I don’t mind that they only cleaned the room once during the week I stayed, but they need to supply enough toilet paper, coffee pods, coffee cups, etc to last more than one day.”

“Our A/C unit seemed to be going out and was very loud which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. But the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a list of local restaurants to eat.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. During the day there was freeway noise, but by the time most people are ready for bed it subsides and isn’t a big issue (we were on freeway side of building). The only problem we had was the refrigerator in our room. I didn’t realize it was not cooling properly on the second night of our stay. By that time, the food I bring for my special diet needs didn’t seem cold enough for me to eat and I had to throw it away. When we checked out on the 3rd morning...

“Staff were very helpful at the front desk. Our room was not the cleanest it could have been. A near empty cup was left on the night stand and someone left a pair of shorts in the drawers. More attention could have been paid. But the breakfast place was clean and again - front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”
