Waterfront Home - delfiner, solnedgångar, fiske, kajaker / kanot, djurliv

  • Ett av de nybyggda husen på Live Oak Island. Detta moderna och rymliga 2007 1 930 kvm ft 3 sovrum plus loft hem är på vattnet och har temat kustnära dekorationer i hela, perfekt beläget nära båt lanseringen och i utkanten av St. Marks Wildlife Refuge. Fantastisk utsikt över bukten, Mexikanska golfen och kanalerna. Ställ på pilings med ett stort däck mezzanin och det viktigaste vardagsrummet och däck på den tredje nivån. Det finns en hiss på begäran för dem som behöver hjälp.

    Våra favoritdelar på dagen består av att titta på olika vilda djur, lyssna på mullet hoppa, titta på delfinerna komma in i viken för att mata, njuta av solnedgången från någon av däcknivåerna eller paddla kanot / kajak ut i viken och kanotleder . Du är några minuter från Shellpoint Beach, Golf och St. Marks fyr.

    Hemmet har central värme och luft, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, gourmetkök fullt utrustat med allt du behöver men din mat (inklusive exklusiva apparater-gas spis och en konvektionsugn). Det finns takfläktar och tv-apparater i alla sovrum (5 HD-plattskärmar totalt). Master svit ut mot det övre däck. Befälhavaren har tvättstuga, jacuzzi, bidé och rymlig klädkammare.

    Loftet på fjärde nivån möjliggör fler sovmöjligheter med 2 enkelsängar och vardagsrum med en stor 55-tums HDTV-platt-TV, DVD och spelsystem (Wii och XBox 360).

    Huvudsaklig vardagsrum har gasdrivna öppen spis, matplats och stor 55-tums platt-TV med Blu-ray / DVD-spelare och surroundljudsystem. Dish Network Satellite (America's Top 200) finns i gemensamma områden i loft och loft. De tre sovrummen har TV-mottagning med HDTV-luftantenn med 13 lokala kanaler (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, PBS, Bounce, Create, AccuWeather, Get TV, FL Channel och ME TV). The home was perfect for my family. The elevator definitely helped for the seniors. We had a chance to see lots of wildlife and really got up close and personal with the dolphins while kayaking.

Getting away

Wonderful - beautiful location on the water, no crowds, surrounded by nature. House was perfect home base for exploring the area by day and chilling with movies and Phase 10 games in the evening. Great communication from the owners.

The property was very family friendly, the location was stunning. The upstairs deck is in pretty bad shape, large holes and soft wood. We had to place furniture over the holes and soft spots, to dangerous for little ones.

Relaxing vacation

Very nice location, you can sit on the deck every morning and listen to the birds and watch the tide go in and out. Was nice to have the elevator to carry luggae up to 3rd floor. Lots of things to see in area if you like nature.

Crawfordville visit

The home was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We all remarked that the beds were very comfortable! Phil and Rebekah were very accommodating and Phil checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We saw a stingray and some dolphins made an appearance the last day we were there.

Best vacation!

Our family had the best time on our vacation! We biked, went kayaking, played games, and relaxed on the deck. My son caught fish and crab. I would highly recommend staying in this home. We will definitely be planning another visit soon!

Awesome and quiet getaway

We stayed in this house for a week. The house is very nice, well maintained, in a secluded and quiet location, and right on the water. We all enjoyed the kayaks and canoes (provided), the wonderful sunsets on the deck, and the dolphins swimming in the bay. The host communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Short vacation in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our too short stay at your home. The house was very well provided with everything we needed. My wife was especially appreciative of the elevator! I enjoyed the kayaks, and caught some nice sea trout and redfish. Peaceful and quiet, saw an alligator, and enjoyed watching the dolphins play and feed from the balcony. Perfect for two mostly retired couples to get together for a reunion.

Great place to stay

We had such a fun time at this VRBO. All the kayaks, canoe, and bikes made every day and adventure. We saw dolphins in the bay nearly every day. The place is very clean and has all the needed amenities. Best of all, the beds were so comfortable to sleep in and no one had any back or neck issues the following day due shoddy mattresses. We had a great time, thanks for sharing your place.

Great peaceful setting for family time

This home had everything we could have needed. Even plenty of extra linens. We greatly enjoyed kayaking all over the area as it’s nice and calm and wonderful wildlife to observe. The bald eagle catching and struggling to carry dinner to land, an osprey carrying its small dinner, a skate going under the kayak, and more. Great family time playing cornhole, basketball and board games out on the deck. We look forward to repeating a stay here again next year.

My family and I were looking for a non-tourist out of the way quiet place to stay on the ocean. This had absolutely everything we were looking for the bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room was cozy for a full family with grandkids and dogs to hang out, but the best part was the property and location itself. It is tucked away in a bay that also overlooks the ocean. We went kayaking and we were able to see stingray, blue crabs, horseshoe, crabs, and even dolphins if you were looking for a peaceful place to enjoy the scenery and spend some quality time in a beautiful environment. This is the place. We had communication with the property owners who suggested the perfect places for us to take our grandkids. I would recommend this to anyone.

Making Memories

This home is beautiful and the property is described spot on. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is lots to see and do in the area. Shell Beach was a plus as was the Aquarium touch tanks in Panacea for the kids. The kayaks on the property were a big hit. There’s so much room to spread out when you may need a little quiet time. The view is awesome. The games inside and out kept us all engaged. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking. The hosts were easy to communicate with. My family has stayed at a lot of homes throughout our vacations. This one rates at the top of our list.
