Frukosten ej klar i tid.
Jag är en återkommande gäst sedan flera år. Tyvärr efter corona var det endast ny personal som ej fått ok utbildning. frukostbuffén inte klar i tid ca 15 - 20 min sen varje dag under veckan jag bodde där. sedvanlig "trevlighet" saknades sen personal personal som arbetade i privata kläder

Oerfaren personal vid frukost
Frukost, personalen var inte bra, inte erfaren, fick betala extra för engelsk frukost som inte var komplett, inga vita bönor mm, kostar 7€. Vi betalde 160€ för en natt och ingen komplett frukost. Gå till Palace Hotel, där får man allt att önska för en mycket bra frukost, som ingår.

Fint hotell i gamla stan
Inget att klaga på. Bra upplevelse rakt igenom. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rena och fräscha badrum. Bra frukost, bra restaurang och bra läge. Mysigt med öppen eld till frukosten. Det enda vi anmärker på är att rummet var något kallt till en början. Skulle bo här igen om vi kommer tillbaka till Tallinn.

Underbart hotell
Vi åkte på födelsedagsresa då frun fyllde 65 och ville ha lite extra. När vi checkade in på hotellet och det uppmärksammades att det var födelsedag så fick vi en fantastisk sercice på alla sätt o vis. Att hotellet i sig var väldigt charmigt gjorde vistelsen fantastisk.

Inne på en mysig smågata ligger detta hotellet
Det enda negativa kan vara om flera vistas på hotellet med personbil. Innergården är liten men det fungerar. Innergården är låst så säkerheten blir hög.

Fantastiskt fint å bra hotell. Personalen var väldigt serviceinriktade. Väldigt trevligt med så gammal byggnad från 1400 talet. Frukosten passade oss perfekt och kändes lyxig och vilken lugn atmosfär sen.

Romantiskt hotell i toppklass
Antagligen det bästa hotellet jag bott på, vilken blivit en del runt om i världen. Hotellet är beläget mitt i gamla stan, med gångavstånd till det mesta av intresse. Jag har bott tidigare på 5-stjärniga hotell i tallinn, men ingen av dem kommer upp i samma klass. Speciellt servicen och hotellfrukosten var utmärkt. Rummen var inte speciellt stora (sov i ett Deluxe-rum), men väldigt mysiga och rena. Morgonbastun som var inkluderad rekommenderas varmt, då man får hela bastuavdelningen reserverad för en själv. Överlag mycket nöjd och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Perfekt välkomnande. Trevliga ombonad rum. Alla bekvämligheter. God frukost. Om man skall ha synpunkter på något så var det att man inte fick nya glas när man beställde ett nytt glas vin i baren samt att det saknades gym.

Personligt och centralt hotell i medeltida byggnad
Jag och min man stannade på hotellet i tre nätter. Vi är mycket nöjda med allt! Servicen är toppklass. Rummet vi fick (i en byggnad bakom huvudbyggnaden) var mycket trivsamt och där fanns en känsla av lyx. Rummet gjordes i ordning två gånger dagligen och vi hade sköna sängar och mysiga morgonrockar och tofflor. Det var jättehärligt att komma "hem" till hotellet efter några timmars promenad på stan i det kalla vintervädret. Vi bokade bastun en morgon, vilket var jätteskönt och vi rekommenderar varmt restaurangen som förutom en mycket välfylld och bra frukost (med meny för varma rätter) hade jättebra mat (med lokala influenser) även på kvällstid. Vi hade en mycket lyckad vistelse på alla sätt! Tack hotell Schlössle, vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Trevligaste hotellet på många år!
Hela upplevelsen bättre än förväntat. Ett lyxhotell utan den stelhet som ibland tillhör. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal helt igenom. Ingen press att ge dricks, vilket gjorde att man gärna gav litet extra. Hotellrestaurangen klassade vi som den bästa vi besökte under tre dagar i Tallinn. Följaktligen var också frukusten superb.

Exceptional service ,warm and very friendly place to spend a weekend. Food and service in the restaurant very good and the atmosphere complemented the whole experience.
