For reservations made less than 48 hours before arrival, it is imperative to contact us before booking.

Tenant's Home Insurance:
When renting a vacation home in France, you must be insured in case of liability. Upon signing the rental contract, we will ask you to provide a certificate of liability insurance covering the rental of a vacation home in France, including movable and immovable property. If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, you can subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability as well as possible trip cancellation or interruption. The cost is 4% of the rental amount.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival during the check-in, by non-cashed credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please raise the limit on your credit card to ensure the pre-authorization is accepted. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.
