The space

This lovely villa offers beautiful amenities and an excellent level of comfort: large double-paned PVC windows with remote-controlled electric exterior shades.

Large swimming pool with large veranda that can be removed as desired and according to weather conditions.

On the ground floor, this villa consists of:

A large entrance hall, a beautiful living/dining room, a large kitchen and back kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a separate toilet, a large shower room with a toilet, and a beautiful bedroom with a TV and a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm).

On the first floor:

Two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 140x190 and the second with 1 king-size bed or 2 beds 90x200, a beautiful new bathroom (walk-in shower) with a toilet.

Parking, large swimming pool and garden.

Very nice amenities. The property also features a clothes dryer, a dedicated workspace, and an uncovered terrace. One pet is allowed. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



For the comfort of everyone, we prefer careful, respectful vacationers who appreciate calm.



You can bring your own linens and towels and do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself. All the necessary equipment is at your disposal: vacuum cleaner, brooms, mop, as well as common cleaning products.



Failing this:

Bed linen rental: available for an extra fee per bed.

Bathroom linen rental (1 large and 1 small towel): available for an extra fee per person.

End-of-stay cleaning: available for an extra fee (to be booked when confirming the stay). Everything needed to do the cleaning is available on site.
