Frukosten var kaos. Så mycket trängsel och stimmigt. Inget fel på maten om man lyckades få tag i något. Förövrigt bra läge och stora bekväma rum.

Rekommenderas
Bra läge mitt i hotellbyn där i princip alla hotell utom två ligger grannar på fel sida vägen. Havet och den publika stranden är bara 200m bort medan hotellets privata strand finns nedanför det andra Isrotelhotellet ca 10min gångväg bort. Bra poolområde. Väldigt långsam in- och utcheckning och rätt stökigt vid frukosten som normalt vid turisthotell. Bra AC och bra Internet och Wifi 12/2.5Mbps ner/upp. Allt som allt, rekommenderas!

Bra
Ett bra och prisvärt hotell intill Döda havet. Det bästa med hotellet var den stora frukostbuffén och middagen. Tråkigt att hotellet saknade balkonger. Hotellet låg närmast den publika stranden som låg typ tre minuters promenad från hotellet, men man hade även tillgång till Isrotels andra strand som låg ytterligare några minuter bort till fots. Gick även en gratis transport bort till den stranden.

Good Points: Good facilities, efficient overall. Most amenities worked well. Pool and Spa facilities very good. Conveniently located. Serving personnel in breakfast room generally quite helpful and pleasant. Wifi works well (if not always great bandwidth/speed). Weak Points: Some taudry aspects (early-stage mold in shower, sink stopper mechanism rusty and non-functional). Air-conditioning only worked when guest was in the room, so when we came to the room after being out the temperature was between 25 and 27 C. Reception desk personnel functional but not necessarily pleasant and helpfulness varied. For beach facilities, had to walk 7-10 minutes to sister facility (Isrotel Nevo). Beach facilities were nice, on the other hand.

Terribly hotel with suffering night
A problem during check in , an arrogant receptionist, accusations that our reservation is incorrect, a nightmare. At 21:30 to 02:30 in the morning a terrible noise from the room upstairs, we complained several times, it is not possible to sleep, a never-ending nightmare, the security knows, the receptionist. know and we suffer terribly

Nice breakfast buffet
It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too tired to make a fuss over little things. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is a short walk away, on the other side of the road. We came in September and we recommend waking up early to go soak in the Dead Sea (we went around 7:30am) so it's not too hot.

Lovely hotel. There is not enough car parking, result you drive to the drive through macdonalds as a way point then park in the desert behind the official car park and climb down a 1.2 meter stone wall through plants. 100 meter walk to dead sea bathing with showers and shades no charge. Hotel garden has pool and lots of shades and trees. Flies disturb your rest in garden they should use bait bags. Lots of friendly flying birds that eat from your hand

The hotel is very nice, clean, rooms are big and comfortable with great view. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to ask for things that usually are available at any hotel: hair dryer, body lotion. They will send it to you pretty much immediately, but you still have to ask. Also, there wasn’t ice anywhere in the hotel except for the bar on the first floor. And again, you have to ask for it. Pretty inconvenient.

The stuff all over the hotel is great, very thoughtful, polite and give a good service. Food is plenty, any kind you can wish, but preferably order upfront breakfast and dinner. If you do not order upfront it cost about 250 ILS per person Also better to eat in hotel it’s clean and big verity of food there is not much outside the hotel and if there is not in that level as in hotel itself. To conclude, we have enjoyed the stay.

Good hotel - some details to improve
This is our 3rd stay at this nice hotel, rooms very nice, good size, all with view on the dead sea, recently renewed, lobby very nice, breakfast very good, dinner : the desserts need to be improved, they lack refinement, some dishes are too salty. Swimming pool : we are very disappointed by the bad quality of a hawfull music very noisy with rythmed bass sounds during all the day (no break) like hammer blows, you cannot rest quietly, you have many speakers displayed all around the swimming pool and in the garden, this is the reason we don't go back to this hotel next time (last year there was exactly the same problem with the same bad music, you have it everyday). Therefore you have a lot of elderly people staying in this hotel for the spa treatment this is not adapted for them.

Very nice hotel located across from the Dead Sea. Great view and easy access to a private beach. Staff were friendly, lots of public space to relax and have a drink. Room was nicely appointed and clean. We only spent one night there -would have liked to have spent more!

Big room, that was a pleasure to stay with a view at the dead sea. Spa with pools (fresh and dead sea water) available for use by the guests. Great food.

A good but not great hotel.
Overall it was a good experience. The room had a good size and clean. However the bathroom was a bit outdated. In the pool area, the cleaning was not good. The lounge chairs were dirty and we didn't see anyone around to clean them. The organization during dinner time was not a pleasing one.
