Matapalo 406 is a spectacular  3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom ocean view condo on the renowned Tamarindo Diria property. This spacious 2200 ft2 condo boasts 3 terraces and beautiful views out over the tropical gardens and lagoon pool to the ocean. Tamarindo Diria 406 enjoys access to the largest pool in Tamarindo with swim-up bar as well as private beach access via the landmark Diria hotel across the street.

Matapalo 406  has three bedroom suites each with private bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, private terrace, and elegant ensuite bathroom with spa shower and large scenic window. The second bedroom suite has a queen bed, private terrace,  and ensuite bathroom with large glass shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and Juliet balcony.

The open living area features barrel vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, half bathroom in the foyer, and laundry room.

Retirement Celebration with Family
Loved the property, swimming pool, and ease of access to everything needed in Tamarindo. Krissia and Rigo were responsive, helpful, and very kind. Recommend highly!

Amazing condo and location
After spending a week in Nosara, we were a little worried about the crowds in Tamarindo. This property was a perfect compromise. It is a large condo complex with an amazing pool right in the middle of everything. It also has a section with a restaurant right on the beach. It was perfect. Rigoberto was a great host, super helpful and very responsive. If you are going to Tamarindo, I can't say enough good things about this rental.

Perfecto!
Great location, short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Pool was awesome and we enjoyed the swim up bar! The condo was very spacious and we loved the view of the pool and ocean from the patio! Great place to watch sunset. Condo was comfortable and kitchen had everything you need to cook. The condo complex was quiet and we liked that it wasn't on the main street but still close to the beach. We also enjoyed going to the pool at the hotel and watching the sunset from the restaurant at the Hotel Diria. We are looking forward to returning soon! Communication was excellent with Sky prior to our visit and Rigoberto send us a text each day asking if we needed anything. He helped us arrange for Covid tests which was very helpful!

Beautiful Condo/Perfect Location
This is a very large, beautifully appointed condo- as pictured. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a lovely view of the ocean. We had easy access to the beach and pools. This is a prime location for walking around Tamarindo. It is gated and felt very safe. If there was a condo for sale in this complex I would buy it!
