We asked if they had breakfast. They forgot to mention there was a $16 charge for it. Also, why did they charge an extra $20 on my credit card when I had already paid for the stay?

Please know that if you are unhappy with any aspect of your stay - we ask that you let the front desk know of your concerns so that we can make it right. We would have been happy to take off the difference for you as a courtesy. With the breakfast, unfortunately we are required to follow brand standards. I also checked to see the extra charges; the 20 is a security deposit which will be refunded in 1-10 business day.

There was good value here ! Rooms are roomy and clean and the lobby was welcoming with sitting areas and bar and a restaurant We would come back again Good location as well

The hotel and restaurant were good. We chose this hotel for the shuttle to and from the airport. We waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle that never came even after calling them three times. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. We did get a spot on the 4 am shuttle back to the airport for an early flight, but several people were left waiting at the hotel. Other than the shuttle, it was a good hotel.

Great hotel for what we needed. Shuttle bus from the airport was quick & convenient. We had some food in the bar wgen we arrived which was excellent & the service ftom Mark, the barman was first class. Wewpuld definitely choose the hotel agsin if needed.

The room was freezing made several complaints only for them to say no engineer was on shift on top of they gave us a handicap room my mom is a Hilton member and this stay isn’t the most pleasant
