We provide a starter pack of basic essentials to help you get settled upon arrival. Please note that the starter pack is intended to get you started and is not meant to cover the entire duration of your stay. For extended stays or stays lasting several days or more, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional supplies they may need, such as toiletries, paper products, laundry supplies, and other personal essentials.

🔑: Check-In Instructions
Your complete check-in instructions, including access details and everything you need for arrival, will be sent to you on the day of your check-in. If you have any questions or need assistance before your arrival, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help!

HOUSE RULES:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are rude, disrespectful, or abusive toward our staff. Harassment or verbal abuse may result in the termination of your stay.

•Early Check-In & Late Checkout•
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance. Unapproved late checkouts after 11:00 AM will incur a $40 charge.

•Parking•
All guests must submit their vehicle information before parking on the premises so we can register the vehicle. Once registered, you may park in designated parking areas around the building. Failure to register your vehicle may result in towing at the vehicle owner`s expense. We are not responsible for towing or related fees resulting from an unregistered vehicle, unless the towing was caused by our failure to register your vehicle after you provided the required information.

•Trash & Waste Disposal•
Please place all trash in bags and inside the designated container. Always keep the lid closed to prevent pests and odors. Trash must be ready for pickup by 7:00 PM. Service is available Monday through Friday only.

•Packages•
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the property. Please message us in advance for guidance before sending any packages.

•Pets•
Pets are welcome with a one-time $115 pet fee. Please keep pets leashed and under control when outside the unit, and clean up after them. Before checkout, please remove any pet waste, hair, or excessive mess to keep the unit clean and comfortable for the next guests.

•Fobs, Parking Passes, Fans & TV Remotes•
Please ensure that all fobs, parking passes, fans, and TV remotes remain in the unit upon checkout. Missing items may result in a replacement fee.

•Parties, Excessive Noise & Smoking•
Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property. Violations may result in a minimum **$1,000 fine**, additional cleaning or damage charges, and/or termination of your stay.

•Cleaning•
Our cleaning fee covers standard cleaning after your stay. Excessive mess, stains, odors, or cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning charge.

•Maintenance•
We rely on our maintenance team to address repair requests. While we strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, non-emergency maintenance requests may require additional time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
