Great family getaway house

There was plenty of room to spread out and the pool was massive. Leon was a very responsive host.

Nice Place!!

Overall, the house is nice. We were traveling with 10 people and chose this house expecting 4 bathrooms as in the listing. We were a bit disappointed upon arrival to find only 2 full bathrooms along with 2 half baths. Getting ready with only 2 showers was a challenge for 10 adults but we made it work.

Tampa getaway

Great overall stay! Host was very responsive to messaging. Property was easy to find. Check in and out was a breeze. House was very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and pool area. Plenty of towels and other supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend

The primary bathroom shower was never had hot water in the shower. There were no TVs in the bedrooms. The beds didn’t have thick blankets, just a sheet.

Excellent Property

Great location and super helpful host. All important grocery and restaurant within 1 mile. Fast internet.Property is clean and well maintained My only concern is that it has 2 shower areas and not 4 as mentioned in the listing. Otherwiae no issues at all.

Amazing home, wish I could buy it 😭

My family and I enjoyed this stay so much. The house is beautiful. We had a small gathering and everyone felt at home. I took a nap out by the pool and it was the most peaceful nap I have had in a while. The host was lovely, promptly responsive and extremely understanding. 10/10!

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Great accommodations. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub (it took a while to heat up). The air conditioner didn’t work to capacity. Otherwise, we were pleased with the space.

A home away from home

This is a home away from home. The property was very clean, up to date, had all the amenities and the host went above and beyond to make us happy! There were beach toys, beach towels, a beautiful pool and a very warm hot tub. The kitchen was top notch! Anything you could ask for was right there. Appliances, water fixtures, stove, refrigerator, floors, and countertop was all new age and over the top! This was a well needed vacation!

Spacious for larger group

Updated, spacious pool home within 20 minutes to Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo and bayfront restaurants. Owner personally came to house to correct an issue with cleaning crew. Very pleasant.

First Tampa Trip

Everything went great with our stay. With this being our first visit to the Tampa area, we were unsure about the best area to stay in order to travel to our different destinations. This location is fantastic! Even with the Tampa traffic, we were close to everything that we wanted to do. The house was clean, updated and had plenty of space....and the pool and hot tub were awesome to have. The communication from the owner was also top notch, any questions that we had were addressed right away. Having all of the amenities that this house offers really made our trip that much more enjoyable.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful with the state of the art kitchen! Plenty of space and a wonderful backyard area to enjoy. Very close to the grocery store and shopping and also the Tampa international airport. Very peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and large space but could add a few things.

The home is clean. The furnishings all seem new. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a tad cold for us but the hot tub was great! Kitchen has dishes and the appliances seem new. Everything worked well and was clean. Lots of dining seating and places to play games with family. There was corn hole, checkers and cards provided which we used. Some things we would have liked to have added: *None of the rooms have dressers or tables, so there’s limited space for storing clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor, which was not ideal. There were 6-8 hangers in each room’s closet. *There are 2 full baths with showers, 1 is a Jack and Jill bath with 2sinks/2 toilets, the other is in the downstairs master bedroom. Then there is a half bath downstairs. We had 7 adults so this was a little challenging getting ready in the mornings. There also are not enough towel bars/hooks given the bathroom situation. Maybe adding some in the bedrooms would be helpful. The linens provided are enough though. *No full length mirror in the home. Would love to see at least one added. *A few beach towels would be nice for hot tub/pool use. *Would have liked a toaster in the kitchen.

Beautiful Property and Excellent Location!

We had a wonderful time here! The location was very convenient to the ZooTampa and Busch Gardens. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was sooooo relaxing and the pool was beautiful. We had the feeling we were among the first few to stay at the location, as many items were brand new and we noticed a couple minor things missing (like coffee cups!) - but we had a great stay and would definitely book this location again!
