The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio for two and feel the gentle hum of a quiet, gated community. Soft natural light pours through the living room windows, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Lutz. The open layout encourages easy conversation, while the single‑level design lets you settle in without a single stair to climb. Evenings drift lazily as you gather around the TV or share a meal in the spacious dining area.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest a private retreat. The rooms are comfortably sized for up‑to‑eight guests, and fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen offers everything you need to whip up simple breakfasts or family dinners. A breakfast nook and a separate dining table let you choose a casual spot for coffee or a sit‑down setting for evening meals. The layout keeps the cooking area close to the living space for easy interaction.



Living space

The generous living area flows naturally into the dining zone and kitchen, creating a central hub for conversation, games, or movie nights. A smart‑lock self‑check‑in lets you arrive on your own schedule, and a dedicated workspace is ready for any quiet moments of productivity.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step outside to enjoy a community pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, and walking‑and‑biking trails—all maintained by the gated community. Shared grilling areas and a BBQ grill provide a spot for outdoor cooking, while a small patio off the living room offers a private nook for two. All amenities are available to guests during the stay.



Added conveniences

The unit includes a washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free, unassigned parking in designated visitor spots. A pet‑friendly policy welcomes your furry companions without extra hassle.



Location

Nestled in Lutz, Florida, the home is a short drive from USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The residential neighborhood feels calm and welcoming, yet you remain close to dining, recreation, and major roadways for easy travel around the Tampa area. This space is ideal for families or groups seeking a straightforward, comfortable base for exploring or simply enjoying quality time together.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
