I booked a room for the weekend for nearly $300. Online, and on my booking, it clearly states anybody over the age of 18 can check in. Once I arrived, I was informed I could not check in because I was under 21 and gave me no help and had no care to help me with the refund process, additionally, the manager on the property has failed to respond to Hotels.com to provide proper documentation to allow me to obtain my refund so this joke of a property screwed me out of $300.
Moreover, I was told it was a common issue and this specific location is the only one you need to be 21 to check in however they had failed to make that clear with booking softwares. Unacceptable.
