- QUIET HOURS: Residential quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Guest who do adhere to these rules may be asked to leave.
- PARKING: Guest will not have access to the garage. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, and free parking on the street.
- MINIMUM STAY RESTRICTIONS: due to HOA regulations, this home requires a minimum stay of 7 nights, which unfortunately cannot be shortened.
