Comprised of 2 completely separate units that can be booked individually, Terrace Park Grand Retreat and Terrace Park Cozy Retreat, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Each unit welcomes you with inviting living rooms featuring comfortable seating, smart TVs, and board games for memorable movie nights and friendly competition. The well-appointed kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and Keurigs, making it easy to prepare snacks, meals, or your favorite morning brew. Plus, spacious dining tables in each unit create the perfect gathering place for shared meals and conversations after a day exploring Tampa.



With two fully equipped units under one reservation, the entire Terrace Park Retreat property offers the ideal combination of privacy, flexibility, and comfort for your Tampa getaway.



This property comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 2 units.



Terrace Park Grand Retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Terrace Park Cozy Retreat comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available.

o Dedicated grassy area for parking for 2 vehicles available off the main road.

o Street parking is also available.

• This home is the parent unit of two composite units, Terrace Park Grand Retreat and Terrace Park Cozy Retreat. Smaller parties are encouraged to rent separately one of the smaller units, while larger parties should rent the entire property.

• This entire property has six (6) external security cameras;

o Two (2) cameras located at and actively monitoring each of the front doors,

o And four (4) cameras located at each corner of the home and actively monitoring the driveway, the front of the house, the backyard, and the side of the house.

• Please note that both front doors are equipped with safety sensors that beep when opened, providing an added layer of security for families with small children. The door sensor can be easily turned on or off using the toggle switch located directly on the device.

• Long-term stays allowed.



HOUSE RULES

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval)

No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.

No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine.

No illegal substances allowed on the property.

Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance

Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own.

Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.

Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

🔐 Safety & Security

Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras.

Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

🛏 Before You Leave

Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.

Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.

Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.
