Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host. Price was reasonable. Home is nicely decorated. Updated appliances. Good space for us. Tv in every room which was great, but one did not work. The remote was missing. Host attempted to fix but was unable to while we were there. Bathroom was small so it could use additional storage/shelving. Beds are low to the ground but comfortable. We had a good stay and I would recommend this property.

Kathy is one of the best hosts we've had. My wife's sister was in hospice and Kathy went above and beyond to accommodate us for more nights than we had booked. Communication was impeccable. Their house is in a great location and they thought of everything you could possibly need. Roomy doesn't begin to describe this place. She was a godsend when we needed it. If you book her you will not be disappointed.

Clean home with plenty of yard space. Quiet neighborhood yet close to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to allow us to cook several things to take to a family party. Water pressure was amazing and having a washer and dryer on site was a bonus.

Communication! House was clean had to call for xtra towels ect. Kitchen sink keep blocking up had to call for info on how to get in house on arrival the yard was terrible we had to be careful not to trip over big tree roots. That sounds trivial but I'm 83 years old if I fell it could be very bad. We would not recommend this place

Slight suggestions, the motion light to stay on longer. Traveling by myself, and not knowing the area, i was usually arriving home at night. Unless there was additional lights outside i was unaware of. The home was awesome, roomy, clean and i did enjoy my stay.

Week Stay Visiting Family

We chose Henry’s property because we were visiting family in Zephyrhills. The property was centrally located, pretty quiet, and had the amenities necessary for our family! Henry answered any communication within minutes.
