Perfect Getaway

Fantastic place
I have stayed at Sailport many times and I absolutely love the place Located in a perfect spot for Tampa and close to to across bay causeway for escapes to the stunning Clearwater beaches and gulf coast! This apartment is exactly as described, a lovely cozy place that is well kept and extremely comfortable! The host was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions prior to our arrival! Our stay was smooth and I would wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it anybody First class

Cute place

Great location for Tampa Convention Center!
This property was perfect for my needs - I had a business trip for visiting the Tampa Convention Center and the location was great. Travel time was about 13 minutes and very easy. I flew into PIE (St. Pete-Clearwater Airport) and this was a short 18-20 minute drive away. Easy to find and get in and out of for travel. The property was very clean, comfortable, and was nice to rest at after walking the convention center all day. Pool was nice along with a beach style area to sit or lounge in the sun. Check in and out was easy, room had everything that you could need and I will definitely stay here again for business or vacation time. Would highly recommend!

Good centralized location
The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. The location is great as a centralized place from the city and the beaches woth plenty to do. The bedroom is on the smaller side but still had enough room for the bassinet for our infant.

Short Stay
Great place for a quick trip th the Tampa area. It's ten minutes from the airport with fabulous views. There is a nice pool with a small bar/restaurant poolside. The complex is very clean and safe with a monitored gate.

Great location!
This is a great location to avoid the beachfront prices, and it’s within 30-45 minutes of at least 7 different beaches! The pool was not very crowded, and the poolside restaurant had outstanding food. If you’re a nature lover, keep an eye on the water. While at the pool, we witnessed a heron catch a small stingray and even saw a manatee swim by!

Great Location - Beautiful View
I would absolutely come back to this location and loves the location of this property. The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with everything and I felt safe with the security on-site. Everything was as described and the check in and leaving process was simple (so much better then a hotel). I would book here again and appreciate the home away from home experience.

Stay in Tampa
We had booked this rental for a short stay in July. It was perfect for our family of three. Although the bedroom was small, it was still comfortable. Everything was exactly like the pictures updated and extremely clean. We also appreciated the flexibility that we were given when our plane home was unexpectedly delayed. I would definitely stay at this property again when we come back to Tampa.

Paradise with a view
My mom, daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, the view of the Bay was beautiful and the condo was exactly what we expected. It was clean and nicely uldated and had everything we needed. Paulette was such a delight to deal with during the booking process. We would highly recommend staying here if you come to the Tampa area.

The BEST unit at this property!
We have stayed at this facility before, but this unit is by far the best one. All of the little touches of decor and the items available to guests if they forgot something are such an added bonus. They offered the good soft tissue (not the cheap paper kind), good toilet paper, good shampoo and conditioner, extra pillows, and an extra blanket - everything was available in case you needed it. It was meticulously clean. We will definitely stay here again!

A hidden gem near the Tampa bay
We had a pleasant stay at this apartment during our trip to Tampa. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The views of the Tampa bay were were breathtaking. It's a very nice, quiet location. Paulette's communication was excellent and the checkin/checkout process was smooth because of the clear instructions were provided. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone staying near the Tampa bay.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is extremely clean with an amazing view on the balcony. The host is very quick with communication and super sweet. The bar by the pool was a huge hit. There’s a cute little area to enjoy the sunset by the water with a fire pit. If we’re ever in the Tampa area again, we would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend.

Clean, easy access to Tampa area
Paulette was great to communicate with -- always got back to us immediately. Check in was very easy. Secure and accessible location. Two restaurants within walking distance but not much else. The Rusty Pelican was amazing and worth the money. The Bamboo Hut tiki bar on the property was great with good food that was reasonably priced and very nice staff. There's a beach but no swimming so that was not clear in the description. Beach area had chairs, gas fire pit, and games so was fine if you don't care about swimming. The location was not great for walking to shops or just exploring. The apartment was comfortable for two people but the bed was not comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the complex felt safe. Overall, a good stay.

The condo was in a great location on the Bay with good amenities. Property description listed on VRBO was accurate and the unit was clean. We checked in late at night so it was a little unclear of the parking situation but we figured it out. We would stay there again.

Cute, clean condo with beautiful sunset views. The deck was a nice sitting area but often had to avoid it & close the sliding door to get away from the cigarette/cigar smoke. Nice, warm pool and staff on the property very happy to help whenever asked.

This property was really beautiful, we especially loved our view of the bay from our balcony. We also spent hours relaxing near the rocks looking out across the bay. It was a very quiet time, not crowded at all. We really didn't know what to expect having never stayed on the bay, but in my opinion it's much preferrable to overcrowded beaches! We were within walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and that was perfect for us! We were also within walking distance to the Rusty Pelican, the food was good but very pricey. We hit up Busch Gardens on our 2nd day, it wasn't crowded either! The drive took about 30 mins from our suite on the beach :) I would've liked a bit more within walking distance, like stores and shops, but all in all we loved it. I would go again.

Peaceful and pretty
This is a quiet, nice location. Perfect for a get away. If you like the smell and usage of Marijuana then this is great, if not just know there will be lots of smells. Other than that it was great. Beautiful views and sounds.
