The apartment itself is brand new and very well equipped. You'll find everything you'll need for your visit in Tampere.

The neighborhood is very calm and quiet but still in a walking distance to Tampere downtown. There are multiple great running and walking paths from the apartment to the Kauppi outdoor area as well as around the Lake Näsijärvi.

Best way to get around near the apartment is to go by walking (10 minutes walk to downtown) or by using a car or a taxi.

No parties are allowed and the house silence must be observed (from 10PM to 8AM).

No other people than stated guests in the apartment
Losing the apartment key = +500€ fee
The noise level in the apartment is monitored with a decibel meter.
