`Penthouse` is a modern one-bedroom apartment located in the very heart of Tampere downtown next to Park Koskipuisto and Tammerkoski rapids. The apartment is located in 3rd floor of a historical building that was built in 1920.

The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment with an open concept kitchen and a private sauna in the bathroom for you to use. There is two double beds in the bedroom and a bed sofa in the living room. The apartment hosts 1-7 people. The apartment is fully equipped and you only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products when staying with us. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment is located right next to the main street (`Hämeenkatu`) of Tampere. All of the services of downtown are right around the corner. Tampere railway station and bus station are only a 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. Tram lines and bus lines go right next to the building.
