White-brick walls, warm parquet floors and big garden-facing windows keep the whole home light and calm. There`s air conditioning for warm summer days, a proper workspace for laptop days, and a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.

Step out to a private paved terrace with outdoor furniture, sheltered by an overhang, opening onto a big lawn dotted with apple trees — a rare treat this close to the city. The Tampere tram and frequent buses run straight from Hervanta to the city centre, and every daily service (grocery stores, cafés, the university campus, a swimming hall) is within walking distance.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay and especially between 22.00-07.00

🚪 Yard and balcony use should be quiet between 22.00 and 07.00 to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed, but they must be added to the booking.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property.
💦 Only water is allowed on the sauna stove.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest`s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest`s stay.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
