We would like to inform you that, according to Moroccan law, we cannot accommodate mixed groups or unmarried couples of Moroccan nationality in our Airbnb accommodation. This decision, in accordance with local regulations, is intended to comply with established standards.

To ensure compliance with Moroccan egislation, we ask all our guests to send us the identity documents of each occupant at least 24 hours before arrival. Foreign guests must provide a photo of their passport, while Moroccan guests must provide a photo of their nationa ID card. If all required IDs are not received prior to check-in, we reserve the right to refuse access to the apartment and the reservation will not be refunded. This requirement complies with the Moroccan regulations regarding tourist accommodation.

For any married Moroccan couple, a marriage certificate is mandatory!

Our building is a quiet environment. We do not accept Chaotic Parties, noise, Loud music, and any disturbing activity is prohibited. If you meet these criteria, we'd be happy to host you. In case of non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Check-out is scheduled for 11am. Any check-out after 11 a.m. must be subject to prior agreement from us and remains subiect to the availability of the apartment the same applies for early check-ins. If a late check-out is made without notifying us or obtaining our agreement, we reserve the right to request a refund of this amount via Airbnb, in accordance with our house rules.
