It was one our dream vacation unfortunily it turn to an unconfortable stay as rhe bed was broke , no coffee in The room even worse the AC was our nightmare we couldn't sleep the room was like a sauna We had r open both doors in order to cool it down to comfortable temperature

Le personnel est gentil mais peu qualifié pour un 5 étoile du groupe accor!!!! Les prestations sont médiocres notamment dans la chambre moisissure dans la salle de bain, toile d’araignée, pas d’équipement dans le balcon, joints se décollent …Le petit dej assez limité et les viennoiseries 1 jour sur 2 sont secs voir rassis! Le jus d’orange est fait maison à souligner! Ainsi que la piscine et le jardin sont bien entretenu. Et bien sûr contrairement à ce que laisse suggères les photos la plage n’est pas privée et non surveillée!!

The service was really slow and i bookt the most expensive room ther and didnt have water towel ore bathrobe in my room ore hair dryer i askt 3 times for it and the 4 time i got mad and i got it the double charged me for the food that i later see after i leave 1 cokacola cost like 4 dollar crazy over all the most expensive shiti hotel i ever stay inn and my room falling to pices

Bad experience
The stay began with the rooms not being as described and smelling. Upon complaining we were asked to pay for an upgrade for additional 50% cost. As it was late we were forced to accept. On checkout we asked to speak with the general manager or guest relations and were told they were not available. I have been a gold member of hotels.com and regularly travel internationally staying in numerous hotel but I have never received such bad service from a reputable 5 star hotel. this hotel prides itself on its historical reputation which no longer exists.

Le personnel de la direction est incompetent car ils nous ont prive du buffet du diner en plein ramadan en raison quand on a reserve avec booking et pas avec l'hotel et ils nous ont offert un plat pour le petit dejeuner pour le shour. En plus le lit de bebe qu'ils nous ont donne est inadapte pour les bebes. C'est un hotel de categorie 3 etoiles.

movenpick Tanger okay stay
Hotel good location looks amazing from outside and reception however we was given one of the old rooms which had a tiled floor that had dirt all over it , so I went to enquire and was given another room that has apparently been refurbished but this was at extra cost which did not please me as the first room is not fit for purpose , breakfast was average due t o freshness and staff were really friendly. The hotel really need to returb the rest of the rooms as once I got the Carpited room you could walk on this not the old tiled floor. The view was amazing pool and the sea 10 out of 10
