  • Elegant apartment just a stone's throw from the sea with an enchanting view of the Isola Bella Nature Reserve in Taormina.

    Furnished in a classic style and equipped with air conditioning, it offers all the amenities needed to enjoy unforgettable moments in one of Sicily’s most beautiful locations.

    The apartment is a three-room unit measuring 90 square meters with a spacious, panoramic terrace of 100 square meters overlooking the stunning Isola Bella Nature Reserve in Taormina and can accommodate 2 to 4 people for stays ranging from a minimum of one week to a maximum of 30 days.

    It is just 30 meters from the trailhead to the Isola Bella Nature Reserve and 100 meters from the funicular, which takes you to downtown Taormina in just 5 minutes. It is also well-connected to the surrounding tourist area thanks to the bus stop located right below.

Lägenheten är av äldre karaktär men otroligt charmigt. Allt fungerade perfekt. Sängar, AC, köket. Terrassen är stor med världens finaste utsikt över havet och stranden. Det finns linbana ca. 200 meter bort från lägenheten som tar dig upp till Taormina shopping center för 10 T/R om du så önskar. En nackdel för oss var att möjligheten att ta längre promenad är nästan 0. Korta promenader are möjligt med bilar o motorcyklar omkring. Annars we loved it

The apartment was big, lovely, wonderfully air conditioned and clean. What captives is the spectacular terrace overlooking Isola Bella. Our 10 days flew by way too quickly. We look forward to coming back to this paradise in the not too distant future. Thank you Carmelo and Francesca for sharing Gianni House with us.

We had a fabulous stay in this wonderful apartment. Beautifully positioned with a uninterrupted view to Isola Bella.The apartment was well equipped with every amenity needed to be a home away for home for our 15 night stay.My wife is a retired Chef and appreciated the well equipped kitchen with condiments and fresh fruit provided by Carmelo. These were put to good use for meals while taking in the spectacular views from the patio.The apartment is very spacious and was well insulated with thick walls and double glazing. It was always a relief to arrive back to the cool apartment after a day of sightseeing. The bedroom and living areas also airconditioned if needed.The apartment is in the centre of the Isola Bella beach area with grocery shops and restaurants downstairs and across the road. It was a treat to pop downstairs some evenings and grab a couple of Gelatos and enjoy them on the patio, with a glass or two of wine.We will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing, Carmelo is a great host who made sure to welcome us personally. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything that is needed. The terrace is so big and the view is so incredibly beautiful that it was hard to believe this is all for us! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment and location. Beautiful views and local facilities. Taormina is accessible either by a 40 minute walk/climb or by Bus or Cable car. Friendly and helpful host. Definitely try and stay here again.

Absolute gem in a perfect location

Honestly we could not have been happier. The most magical location and beautiful, traditional home. We absolutely adored our week here and would absolutely come again in a heart beat! This beautiful space is incredibly value for money being minutes from the beach and the cable car to Taormina.

The most amazing apartment. We loved ot so much and want to come back but it seems fully booked forever now! Hopefully one day we will be lucky and get to go there again. Thank you so much for letting us stay in such an amazing place.

The property was very comfy for two - the nice living room with sofa chairs and a dining table had a double bed off it, but we did not need that as there were only two of us. The separate double bedroom was very comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked with things like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and also some milk, fruit and cake snacks, which was nice. When we did want to buy other things, there are four or five mini-markets within walking distance to buy bread, arancini, cheese, beer, etc.Before we got there, I was a bit confused as to how we got in, but Carmelo arranged to meet us and was there promptly. The flat shares an entrance with the Mendolia Beach Hotel, and is on the third floor. The terrace to the apartment was just as large as it looks in the photos, and has some lovely plants on it, including a lemon tree. We spent lots of time out there enjoying the view. A great place to stay.

The property is a modest one but please don't this put you off. The location and views are superb. A well stocked small supermarket is just a few feet away and the young shop assistany speaks english and was very helpful.

A perfect location, walkable to the beach of Isola Bella and only a cable car or bus ride away from the town centre. Stunning and very large private terrace overlooking the sea. All air conditioned, comfortable and clean. My only suggestion would be to have include a microwave.

Wow!

Absolutely fantastic stay at what must be one of the best locations in Taormina.Carmelo was ill the day of our check in but his lovely sister, Francesca met us for a very easy check in.The huge terrace is simply fantastic and it’s perfect for an early morning coffee or that last glass of wine. We never tired of that view!If you are able to book it, you won’t be disappointed. We would come back in a heartbeat.Thank you for hosting us in such a fantastic apartment.

Great view

Carmelo was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early, explained everything we needed to do during our stay. He was only a few minutes away if we had any problem and came over very quickly. A really nice man. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Einzigartiges Objekt in traumhafter Lage

Eine riesige private Dachterrasse mit direktem Blick auf die Isola Bella. Ein hervorragendes Restaurant gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Aufgang zur Altstadt von Taormina gleich um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist groß sind mit Charme eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten

Great Location and very pleasant Host

We had a great time in Taormina Mazzaro and were frequent at the lovely beach (gravel/pebble) nearby the Isola bella. Since we had a rental car, which was no problem with parking following the advice of our Host, we spent also a lot of time traveling around. Thanks to Carmelo Ruggeri!

Lovely apartment with amazing views

The property was as advertised and shown in the listing, it is spacious and has a fantastic terrace. Carmelo (host) was extremely helpful meeting us when we arrived and showing us around the apartment. The decor is very traditional, comfortable and has everything that you need. The only point that we would make is perhaps the outside furniture could do with an upgrade and an additional lounger.All in all, a lovely property in a fantastic location.
