Trevlig personal på ett mindre familjehotell.
Ett enklare, mindre familjehotell som gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en härlig semester. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Bra att veta är att det är en hel del trappor. Rekommenderas varmt!

Mycket trevligt hotell nära Taormina centrum!
Ett fantastiskt mysigt hotell i ett lugnt område bara några minuters promenad till Taormina centrum. Familjen som äger hotellet var verkligen hjälpsamma och väldigt tillmötesgående! Det enda vi saknade var ett kylskåp på rummet samt att sängarna var något hårda. För priset var hotellet en jackpot och rekommenderas till 100 %. Vi var väldigt nöjda med den frukost som ingick. Det tar ca 30 minuter att gå ned till Isola Bella, men vi föredrog att betala 10 euro per person och istället åka till en annan strand som hotellet har samarbete med. Då ingick transfer, solstol och parasoll.

Long weekend stay
The Hotel where very nice, clean and tidy. The beds where perhaps a little bit hard, but OK. Really nice and helpful staff.

What can I add to the various reviews about this hotel! Absolute wonderful place and service by everyone and would highly recommend to anyone thinking on visiting Taormina. The warmth and welcome from the staff from the minute when we arrived was exceptional. Transfer to and from hotel to airport was kindly arranged as well as breakfast for our early morning departure. The room was comfortable and clean and as for the breakfast choice - Bellissimo! And thank-you for a memorable stay. You are a testament to the Sicilian people.

Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at on our European tour. Incredible service, breakfast is amazing, and the views are stunning. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, definitely stay here if you get the chance. This is not a 2 star….much better than that. We had to leave early and the owner packed us a breakfast with coffee so we could eat before we left as the breakfast isn’t served until later. Fantastic service

Mi dispiace per il disguido ma il portachiavi è stato ritrovato in macchina quindi non capisco perchè il cliente mi accusa per un oggetto che è stato ritrovato. Non penso di aver bisogno di un portachiavi e mi è dispiaciuto quando sono stato accusato. Non è vero che ha insistito perchè quando il cliente ha segnalato la mancanza del portachiavi sono andato personalmente a verificare in macchina ed è stato ritrovato. Forse il disguido nasce dal fatto che il cliente non voleva pagare il parcheggio......

An excellent hotel with wonderful staff. Brilliant
A spotlessly clean hotel . It is comfortable and the hotel staff were all so warm and friendly and they couldn’t do enough for us. They were helpful in terms of every aspect and there was always a smile on their face. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. We were so pleased with our choice and in our opinion it is worthy of a much higher rating than 2*. I would definitely come back here

Très bon séjour avec un personnel très agréable et disponible. Bien placé en centre ville mais pas simple d'accès en voiture. Ne pas hésiter d'avancer dans la rue de l'hôtel si on est en voiture. Chambre spacieuse et refaite récemment. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Great value for money
Ricardo and his staff are what makes this traditional sicilian style hotel. They are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel room was super clean, with a stocked fridge at the same prices as the bar, which is very refreshing in its self. The room comes with and safe and looked newly refurbished with a massive bathroom that had a great shower. Loved the pool too. The hotel was close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and shops, which were all walkable . Thanks to Ricardo and his lovely staff we had a great stay in Taormina. Would definitely stay again.

La habitación es sencilla pero cómoda. Tiene una hermosa pileta de natación. Todo el personal es amabilísimo y está siempre dispuesto a dar respuesta cualquier requerimiento. Tienen lugar para estacionar el auto lo que en Taormina es un milagro. El desayuno es excelente. Tuvimos una hermosa estadía.

Una de mis prioridades era poder dejar el coche el último día hasta las 13 horas porque tenía una excursión a las 8 con vuelta a las 13 . Había pagado 30 euros por parking dos días de 14 .30 que entré , sería hasta las 14.30. No me dejaron , supongo que para ganar otros 15 euros en próximo cliente. Anule la excursión porque los parkings cercanos estaban completos. El precio excesivo para un dos estrellas. Desayuno escaso y poca variedad.

Nous conseillons toujours aux clients d'utiliser les parkings publics lorsqu'ils souhaitent séjourner à Taormina le jour du départ car l'hôtel dispose d'un nombre de places limité, comme indiqué dans les informations.

Fab stay in family run hotel, incredible staff
The staff are amazing, warm, friendly, welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The small family run hotel is in very good repair and kept spotless everywhere. Our only criticism is that the beds are very hard so it would have been nice to be offered a mattress topper. We were upgraded to a pool side room, very quiet and a small private terrace area. It was down 5 sets of stairs and the weather was very hot and humid so we just planned carefully to avoid unnecessary trips up the stairs. Beautiful views from the pool and breakfast room. Only 10 mins downhill to the pretty town of Taormina with loads of good restaurants and shops. We often got a taxi back up, €10 from the town centre. Should have got one from the bus station as it was a hot slog dragging our cases up to the hotel on arrival. Very happy with hotel and look forward to return visit.

Hyggelig og enkelt hotell
Hyggelig hotell litt utenfor kjernen av sentrum, men likevel i fin gangavstand til der "alt skjer." Hyggelig betjening. Fint opphold, men hotellet har likevel et par mangler da det ikke var kjøleskap på rommet, samt at det var ikke noe skille (annet enn et lavt gjerde) mellom balkongene, hvilket gjorde at man kikket rett bort på naboen når man satt ute.

After booking two rooms, and when we arrived, Roberto and his staff were very courteous and friendly to help and accommodate us. \Despite the challenges in Taormina to park close by a hotel , they parked our car couple of meters from the Hotel for a minimal fee. Their rooms were very clean, Breakfast was free with a wide variety of choices. their prices are extremely reasonable for Taormina. we surely enjoyed our stay and will consider using this great Facility every time we visit that Area. Thank you Roberto and Staff, you made us feel at home:)

Great Find & Priced Well
We had a very nice stay at Soleado in Taormina, Sicily, Italy. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was great. Service from all was superb. Breakfast was fabulous. Bar was good too. I would recommend Soleado as a great place to stay at a reasonable price.
