Fantastiskt bra läge med strålande utsikt över Taormina. Lite slitet på rummet. Tyvärr inte rena möbler och smutsiga gardiner. Vänlig personal.

Great hotel!
Fantastic service from the staff, we could not have asked for more. Perfekt location, close to everyting. Great breakfast, beautiful roof top terrace and nice bar at the pool. Nice room, especially the bathroom. The only thing that was not 10 out of 10 was the pool, which was in need of a good cleaning.

Great stay, great staff
Best service ever! The staff was so friendly and attentive, we could not have asked for more. The location is perfect, close to everything. Wonderful breakfast, amazing roof top terrace och well kept rooms. The only thing that was not 10 out of 10 was the pool, it really needs cleaning, but other than that is was a fantastic stay.

Fantastiskt hotell. Extremt dålig kvalitet på maten om man jämför med maten i staden. Väldigt långsam service och ingen som riktigt förstod engelska. Hotellets renlighet däremot var fantastiskt likaså dess läge mot stadskärnan.

Aus diesem Grunde schätzen wir es sehr, dass Sie Ihr Feedback mitgeteilt haben, dadurch können wir unsere Leistungen fortlaufend verbessern. Unser Hotel liegt im Innenstadtbereich von Taormina und nur einige Minuten vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Wir bedauern es sehr dass unsere Zimmer Superior Ihren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen haben, obwohl diese Zimmer mit allem Komfort ausgestattet sind, wie eine Kaffeemaschine und einen wunderschönen Meerblick auf die Bucht von Taormina. Wir können ohne weiteres behaupten, dass die Preise und Leistungen dem gewöhnlichen Standard entsprechen. Leider haben nicht schätzen die Qualität unserer Frühstücksangebot zu unserem täglichen Gäste können die besten Köstlichkeiten der lokalen Küche probieren. Darüber hinaus ist es unser Brauch ist es, einen sehr persönlichen Service, für diese zu bieten, haben wir versucht, besser zu verstehen, seinen Standpunkt zu identifizieren, aber ohne Erfolg. Fest geschlossen glauben, dass die Sicht eines jeden von euch, für uns eine des Wachstums ist. Deshalb Vielen Dank, auf Ihre Rückkehr so bald wie möglich in unserem NH Collection Taormina.

Lyxig modern pärla
Vi bodde här två nätter under vår bröllopsresa. Hotellet är svalt, luktar svagt av SPA inuti, har sköna sängar med riktiga täcken, städning 2 - 3 ggr/dag, totalt tyst/ohörbar luftkonditionering som inte gör att luften känns torr att andas. Vi hör till dem som föredrar moderna lyxhotell hotell framför gamla mörka, pampiga sådana. Allt är oklanderligt rent och fräscht. Poolen förtjänar nästan ett eget kapitel - den är varm, har fönster ner mot receptionen i botten dit man kan simma ner och spana på folk i lobbyn. Dessutom har poolen en underbar utsikt över staden och havet. Vid poolen finns en lunchrestaurang som serverar perfekt ceasarsallad, clubsandwich etc. Detta hotell rekommenderas starkt för lyxig upplevelse av fina Taormina!

Nära, bekvämt och superservice!
Ett hotell som lever upp till sina fem stjärnor med ett mycket behagligt avstånd till centrum. Modernt trevligt med bra och serviceminded personal. Ett hotell för dig som verkligen vill slappna av och njuta av Taormina och bli ompysslad i femstjärnig miljö. Poolen med fönster i botten ned till receptionen är ett måste att uppleva. Även baren på takterassen med sina charmiga Barba-stolar och exklusiva utsikt är ett måste att besöka.

Underbar utsikt
Hotellet har mycket serviceinriktad personal. Ligger nära till shopping och sevärdheter i Taormina. Hotellet har egen buss som tar dig till 2 fina stränder, men det är även nära till linbanan som tar dig nerför berget till yttrligare en strand. Frukosten är fantastisk!

Best service and breakfast. Would book again!
Perfect stay in Taormina! Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They found out it was my birthday and brought me a birthday cake for breakfast- so sweet of them! The rest of the breakfast was the best I have had in all of Italy/anywhere. It’s a very central location, close to all the restaurants and sights. We parked at the bottom at one of the main parking lots, so it’s a bit of a climb to the hotel, but it’s also possible to park there (subject to availability).

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was expensive and definitely not worth the money. I had reached out to the hotel in advance of our stay and upon check in they did not have the right room and caused us to get a 2nd room. There was a bug in our bed and mold in the shower. The manager was rude and not accommodating. I am a frequent traveler and was very disappointed at how expensive this room was and the terrible, terrible customer service!

Bathroom flooding!
Where to begin. The hotel is ideally located in Taormina. The staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Sarah, in guest relations was incredibly helpful. This individual was exceptional. The hotel itself is very clean. The lobby is comfortable and accommodating. Had it not been for the particular problem that I am about to explain I would give this hotel five stars. Now for the problem. we were assigned a room that was apparently designed for handicapped individuals. This room had a shower which flooded the bathroom on every use. In order to take a shower we were required to roll up towels and dam up the doors to the shower so that we could keep the water in check. I have photographs of this problem and have added them to this review. Simply unbelievable! Little or no effort was made to resolve this issue or change our accommodations. So, the moral of the story is, do not let them book you into a handicapped accessible room because of the bathroom flooding problem. The rest of the room was fine. The view of the ocean and the town were outstanding. This could have been a great stay had it not been for the bathroom problem. Every time we took a shower, we had to go through an extensive process to keep the water from flooding the bathroom.

Sarah was the most helpful. All her recommendations and reservations (beach visit) made our stay a joy. We will definitely comeback soon. Your hotel room was so comfortable and for the first time & after many different hotel stays through all of Italy, your hotel had kleenex/tissues in the bathroom! Angelo's smile and attention to detail were fantastic.

was clean, the rooms were spacious, the pool was brisk and refreshing. The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful, and the spa is definitely a must. We would go back for sure!
