Inte ett 4 stjärnigt hotell
Hotellet motsvarade verkligen inte våra förväntningar, rummen var enkla, kala väggar, saknade inredning, mycket hårda sängar, fotografierna om rummen och hotellet ger inte korrekt bild. Poolen är mycket grund och liten. Personalen gjorde vad de kunde för att förbättra vår upplevelse, utsikten är fantastisk och läget nära stranden är bra.

The room are exactly what You see in the pictures, actually Our guest always say that they look better in real,however everyone has his own taste, so we can not discuss that. We will take this to work on it and try to get better in the room aspect. We are happy that You enjoyed the service of Our staff and You liked the view. For the swimming pool we can just say that it has the regular size for a boutique Hotel. Thank You again Wishing You a lovely day

Kan varmt rekommenderas!
Vi bodde 9 nätter på Panoramic Hotel och har inte något att klaga på. V Det första rummet vi fick var lite litet men det var inga problem att byta till ett större, utan extra kostnad. Servicen var den bland den bästa vi upplevt. Personalen var tillmötesgående, serviceinriktade och professionella. Hotellets läge vid havet med utsikt över Isola Bella var fint (trots trafikerad gata precis nedanför). Solterrassen med pool var fin och med många solstolar, det fanns plats för alla. Linbanan upp till Taormina var belägen ca 5 minuter från hotellet och busshållplatsen precis utanför.Då vi reste hem vid middagstid men var tvungna att lämna rummet vid lunch ordnade dom med ett tillfälligt rum där vi hade möjlighet att förvara våra väskor och även duscha och byta om innan hemfärd.

Toppenhotell med fantastisk personal!
Toppenhotell! Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal, alla alltid med ett leende på läpparna. Utmärkt service. Städningen av rummet fantastisk, städpersonalen gjorde det där lite extra, upplevdes som att de utförde sitt jobb med stolthet. Trots att hotellet ligger vid en ganska trafikerad väg var det inget som störde nattetid, var balkongdörren stängd hördes ingenting.

Vackert och strategiskt beläget hotell
Hotellet låg strategiskt bra för mina behov. Nära till strand och bad, nära till linbanan som tog mig upp till Taormina stad. Vid linbanan finns även en hållplats för olika sightsseingturer. Hotellrummet hade balkong med fantastisk utsikt över havet och Isola Bella. Tyvärr gick det inte att njuta av att vistas på balkongen på grund av ljudet och avgaserna från den vältrafikerade vägen framför hotellet. Rummet var fint, men sängen var alldeles för hård. Hotellet hade ingen möjlighet att tillgodose mitt önskemål om en bäddmadrass.

Mycket serviceinriktat hotell i bra läge
Hotellet ligger i ett bra läge neranför Taormina och direkt ovanför stranden vid isola bella. Liten pool på taket, med fin utsikt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Max 5min fr gondolen upp till Taormina och ca 30m från trapporna.

Fantastic hotel, everything is just perfect! The best view in Taormina with the beautiful ocean and Isola Bella from the balconies and the roof top pool. Great breakfast buffe with top quality food. Close to the cable car for Taormina centre and garage parking.

Hotellet som har allt
En av de bästa hotellupplevelser jag haft. Nytt och fräscht, fina rum med underbar balkong med utsikt över havet och stranden vid Isola Bella. Mycket trevlig personal som gav mycket bra service. Perfekt med parkeringsgarage vid hotellet, visserligen 10 EUR per dag men det är det värt. Underbar frukost med riktig espresso och färskpressad juice som intas på den vackra terassen med fantastisk utsikt. Underbar takterass med pool och sköna solsängar med parasoll. Vi komemr definitivt att välja Panoramic hotell nästa gång vi reser till Taormina.

Beautiful view from room, breakfast area and pool. Most of the good restaurants are in the Main Street accessed by a cable car, but everything is walkable.

The view and location by the water is terrific. Taking the cable cars to and from the town is fun and a highlight of the trip. The breakfast room view and room is excellent and the breakfast buffet very good. Balcony was very nice. The room was fine for me but not really deluxe in terms of furnishings it was rather basic but very clean. Highly recommend if you want the water view and location. I could also understand staying up in the town, but the location across from the beach was too good for me to miss.

Lovely hotel, great views of the Beach and sea. Pool area was really nice and bar up there fab. I preferred being down from Taormina, the hotel is 2 minutes from the cable car

Perfectly situated across from Isola Bella and a quick walk to take the cable car up to town. Staff was gracious and accommodating from the second we arrived until the day we left...assisting us with parking, luggage, dinner reservations and booking a wine/Mount Etna tour. Our room had a spacious sea view balcony and there is also a nice breakfast terrace and a beautiful top floor pool and bar. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stunning view from the room's balcony, big safe and kettle, swimming pool is clean and big. Going to taormina town, the cable car is just a 5 min walk. The hotel staff and housekeeping are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is cheaper at the hotel (€25) than expedia (€29). Isola bella beach is tricky though, I was here in august so it was packed and the only option was to rent a deck at a lido for €30, it's not easy to go into the sea due to the pebbles and rocks, also there are many stairs to reach the beach so I spent more time at the hotel swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Panoramic Hotel. It really was better than expected as it was our first time in Taormina. We were a family of 4. My 13 year old daughter and her cousin, 20. They enjoyed the pool after a beach day as it was very refreshing. It was very convenient as we could walk to cable car (5 min walk) to Taormina center which was amazing! Also the beach was about a 3 minute walk from Hotel. The views were also spectacular from our balcony.

This is the perfect property for a beautiful view, comfort and great parking. Smaller hotel with all the amenities of a big hotel. They are extremely hospitable, gave great recommendations for shopping and getting around the town. There breakfast buffet is like no other, amazing!! All the staff were exceptional with everything. Cafe Isol Bella next door had the best rice balls and canolis. Great sunrises from our personal balcony. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Fabulous location
The hotel was fabulous, really well located for the beach and most of the restaurants nearby are great (don't visit the one directly opposite Giovani's). The room was really large as was the balcony with two sun loungers and a table and two chairs easily accommodated. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful especially Gabriel on the roof bar. The only disappointing thing was that I had exchanged several emails asking for a bottle of prosecco in our room on arrival as it was my partners 50th Birthday and that was done or apology for it not been done, they said they'd do it another time but also didn't. Hey ho. On the whole I would highly recommend the Panoramic Hotel. We travelled at the beginning of the season so everything had just opened up and prices were reasonable and the weather was great.
