Tourism tax (€ 3,00 per person per night for the first 10 nights. Please note that children under 10 years old will not pay).

Villa Gallus is a delightful villa set in a quiet secluded residential area. The recently-built villa is clad in exposed stone, with large wooden canopies that shade the terraces and create a continuum between the exterior and the interior, where a large, bright open-plan area includes the living room and the kitchen, enlivened by Sicilian-inspired details and characterised by a handy central island. On the first floor of the villa is the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and then, continuing up to the top floor, you come to the terrace set up as a relaxation area from where you will enjoy the wonderful view of Mount Etna. In the garden surrounding the villa, planted with lawn and with the beautiful swimming pool in a central position, there will be plenty of opportunities for relaxing and having fun, thanks to the various panoramic relaxation spots and to the dining area completed by a barbecue. The villa is just a few minutes' drive from Giardini Naxos and its beachfront with numerous restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors and beach clubs. A few more minutes to proceed to Taormina, a hilltop village of undisputed beauty with breathtaking views from every corner and its ample choice of elegant shops and restaurants. Taormina's beaches include the bays of Mazzarò and Isola Bella whilst the long beaches are found on the coast towards Messina - Spisone and Letojanni in particular also have an array of delightful beachfront restaurants.

Interior:
Villa Gallus has two floors. The main entrance opens into a living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa and TV. The two areas are separated by the staircase leading up to the first-floor sleeping area. The kitchen area is slightly to one side but part of this bright open-plan area. The kitchen leads out to the external dining area with barbecue. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom and the laundry room. The first floor consists of three double bedrooms, the first with private terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second with tub and basin in the room, and sharing a bathroom with shower with the third bedroom. The stairs continue up to the terrace on the top floor from where you can admire the panorama. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The garden of Villa Gallus extends along the front of the villa. The lawn is bordered by flowers and by the fencing, partly wall and partly railing, with two entrance gates, one for vehicles and one for pedestrians. Two sides of the villa are bordered by terraces shaded by a wooden canopy. The living room leads to the part of the terrace used as a relaxation area while the kitchen leads to the terrace with dining table; this area extends to the part of the garden with the barbecue. Once past the gate, you come to a 2-car private parking area. In the garden are numerous panoramic spots where you can admire the view of Etna, the most beautiful being the terrace with relaxation area on the top floor of the villa.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular swimming pool is located in the garden between the pedestrian gate and the main entrance to the villa. It is on the same level as the villa which is just a few metres away. Measuring 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m, the pool is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification and internal steps for access to the water. The pool is bordered by stoneware paving, on which sunbeds and umbrellas have been set out. Beyond the paving is the lawn bordered by flower beds. Nearby is an outdoor solar shower. The pool, which can also be used at night as it is equipped with internal lighting, is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Pets: Yes, small size. € 50,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
