âNice hotel in the middle of the Taos main plaza. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel/plaza. Hotel parking is behind the hotel, at a cost of $10 per night. Rooms are not your typical hotel style rooms. They have a rustic character to them that is different from the conventional hotels most people use. Note: When I stayed there in August 2025, there was remodeling being done on the plaza itself, so part of it looks like a construction site. However...
âWay too many plastic bottle and no recycling available. Yoga each morning was excellent. Loved the location and service. The valet was a pain, would prefer parking our own car. Would have liked some hiking trails on the property. More history about the architect and the land.

âRoom was clean and very large. Condition was good. $15.00 voucher for breakfast was not adequate considering 6 other hotel chains we stayed at all had a full hot breakfast included!!!! Our room was at far end of the property, so we drove to the main building for breakfast. Check-in and check-out were done quickly.â
âWe stayed in the suite with a kitchenette. It was very clean and looked like a newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. We loved waking up to the view in the mountains and even saw a deer grazing by. Itâs pet friendly which was a bonus.â
