Communication facile en tout temps, possibilité de commander facilement dans les restau du coin avec livraison à la porte. Stationnement à la porte. Patio avec petit frigo, mais sans possibilité de faire cuire ou chauffer de la nourriture. ”

“Super belle expérience. Pas trop loin de la civilisation et Rio Celeste (15 minutes) pour une tranquillité parfaite. Les douches sont superbes et il y a tout pour cuisiner et passer un bon moment en famille. Le chemin d'accès est très abrupte et nécessite un 4x4 ou SUV, nous avons eu une crevaison.”

Actually it was not in the hotel but to a place close by because we booked the family room which has a kitchen Which is good especially when it is rainy i prefer to cook. It is close by the national park and some activities around. The place (a small house for the family room) is a bit old caban but has its charm. We did not succeed to use tv and anyway the. Tv was over the soffa so it would have not be too comfy for that. But we got a lot of rain so we would...

“Naturreservatet med regnskog är mycket fin. Direktområdet kring hotellet har drabbats av orkanen men hotellets skick är okej. Rummet är mycket enkelt men okej. Ät helst inte i hotellets restaurang, men åk en bit in till byn till en mycket bra och billig "Soda" istället.”

“I can't say enough for what a great time we had at Kakao Lodge. I was skeptical at first since I usually like staying in my chain hotels that provide all the normal American comforts. But after staying here, my mind has totally changed. You can't describe how awesome it is to be able to see a half dozen different species of exotic frogs at night, or a sloth while eating breakfast, or tropic birds singing to you in the morning. “This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. Would love to return when it is NOT raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great place to stay and easy to get to with good roads. We toured the chocolate farm...
