“Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.”

“The property condition and location were awesome. The problem was that there was a bar next door that played live music until midnight . I personally go to bed between 10:00 and 11: 00. Both me and my guests were unable to enjoy our rest due to this. You couldn't just hear the music you could feel it in your bed while you're trying to sleep. Not to mention all the traffic that was in the parking lot of the condo from The bar next door. Will definitely visit colonial Beach Virginia again but not...

“We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive.”
