“It was a very new hotel. And, the staff was ready to round out the service with a few extras once we identified an issue. But, the only problem was that my key card did not let me into the gym when I had a chance. That said, they *try* hard here.”

“You have to use valet parking but it was quick and easy. The fee was much less than at some Back Bay hotels. The room was really nice and well designed in an interesting shape. I had a light dinner in the hotel and the staff were great. There’s free coffee in the lobby. The location is excellent for both Brookline And the Longwood area and Fenway Park.”
